It is a unique village located in Apulia famous for its traditional small stone huts with a conical roof, called Trullo. The Trulli of Alberobello have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

It is a picturesque Italian coastline located one-hour drive from Naples. Visit Positano, Amalfi’s most picturesque town, take a boat ride along the coast, and hike to the Footpath of the Gods, a panoramic ridge above Positano.

Sometimes it is also referred to as the dying city, is an ancient town, located about 75 miles from Rome and founded by Etruscans over 2,500 years ago. The town is located on top of a plateau consisting of volcanic tuff and is in constant danger of erosion.

It is known for its beautiful landscapes, wine, history, and art mostly belonging to the Italian Renaissance. Driving through Tuscany you can experience several important historic towns and cities such as Florence, Sienna, Pisa, San Giminiano, Radda in Chianti, etc.

Here's our experience visiting the Blue Grotto in Capri, Italy (Gotta Azzurra, Italia) in May 2019.
We arrived by sea via a private boat tour (using Gianni's Boat Tours) that started in Marina Grande harbor and went around the whole of Capri island, but let us stop by the famous Blue Cave / Blaue Grotte Bleue too. It is possible to visit from land too.
Grotta Azzurra is one of the most famous tourist attractions on Capri, often listed on Top Things to do in Capri and Most recommended places to visit in Capri and in the Amalfi Coast area lists.

The Amalfi Coast is home to numerous coastal villages, and one of the most picturesque remains the village of Positano. If you’ve seen a postcard featuring the Amalfi Coast, chances are you were seeing Positano! The village features numerous pastel buildings that are a sight to behold, and it also has a couple of beaches. The village’s main beach is Marina Grande Beach, which is also one of the most popular beaches along the coast as a whole. Overlooking the village of Positano is the Path of the Gods, which is a mild four-mile-long hike with some incredible views.
While Positano is the Amalfi Coast’s most popular village, Sorrento is its most popular town. The town of Sorrento is oftentimes bustling, but it can be worth it to face the crowds to get some gelato or limoncello. There’s also the town of Amalfi, which serves as the coast’s namesake. Amalfi used to be the most bustling town in the area before a devastating earthquake destroyed much of its industry. However, the town of Amalfi still has some historic sights to offer tourists.
There is a pair of sea caves along the Amalfi Coast known as the Emerald Grotto and the Blue Grotto. The Emerald Grotto shines green when the sun shines through it, and it’s located in the town of Conca dei Marini. Meanwhile, the Blue Grotto shines blue when the sun shines through it, and it’s located on the island of Capri.
