This is Geelong! The Australian City That You Need to Discover (Cultural Travel Guide)
Outside of Australia Geelong is little known despite being one of the nation's largest and most dynamic cities. Perhaps suffering from its proximity to Melbourne (undoubtedly one of the world's great cities) Geelong has quietly developed from an industrial town into a place of genuine creativity and sporting excellence. In this short film you'll get a taste for the various districts, go bollard spotting, visit the Wool Museum and the Botanical Gardens, and hear what the locals think of their friendly city.

What To See and Do in BROOME 😍 Western Australia Travel Guide
Broome immediately stole our hearts from the first moment we turned up to Cable Beach at sunset, to the moment we left 🫶🏼. We didn't want to leave but had to continue our lap of Australia 🇦🇺. Here we run through some of our favourite spots in Broome such as Cable Beach (obviously), Gantheaume Point, Roebuck Bay and Coconut Wells ❤️.
If you want to see more of Broome then visit Matso's Brewery, Town Beach, take your 2WD onto the beach at Gantheaume Point and hit some 4WD tracks just to the North if you have the right vehicle for it. Further North there is also James Price Point 🤙🏼.
A big shout out and thanks to Dan Prentice for the amazing sunset photos we shared at the end of the video. You can check out his awesome Instagram here -

Heavy rain and thunderstorms are a feature of the return State Route 9. But it does not dominate this drive. One of the longer drives of the series, it heads north from Port Phillip Bay, through the eastern suburbs, up through the bushland that surrounds the Yarra River, and finishes in the hilly farmland of Wattle Glen in the northeast. This drive has everything.
Thank you for watching and subscribing . It is very much appreciated and means a lot.

Australia in 4K - Frankston Foreshore, Mornington Peninsula
Frankston Beach is at the southern end of a stretch of beach that runs for nine kilometres almost due north to the Patterson River mouth at Carrum. The Frankston section is 2.5 km long and begins at the Olivers Hill Boat Ramp and continues north past the 220 m long Frankston Pier, Kananook Creek mouth and a couple of kilometres towards the adjoining Seaford beach to the north. A delightful boardwalk meanders along the foreshore.

Frankston City - Coastal Arts Discovery Trail - Frankston Boardwalk
Explore the beautiful Frankston Waterfront on the 3m wide, raised timber boardwalk designed to protect the vulnerable dune system. Walk the boardwalks and paths that stretch between Wells Street in the north and Oliver's Hill in the south along part of the 10 kilometres of pristine beach and coastal habitat, to discover why Frankston’s coastline is the envy of Melbourne at any time of year. There are delightful views of Port Phillip to be seen and there are many places to sit and relax along the way.
There is ample car parking, with toilets, a children's playground, picnic tables and barbecues. Fishing off the Frankston Pier is a popular activity. A boat ramp and trailer parking is available. The impressive Landmark Bridge is a focal point of this attractive precinct.
The Frankston Boardwalk is located near the Frankston Pier, at the end of Pier Promenade, which is a central place from which to base your activities.
This track could also be extended by crossing the Nepean Highway at Liddesdale Avenue to enter Sweetwater Creek Nature Reserve.
You can also take a walk along the 220 metre long Frankston Pier and reveal the 22 letter “secret message” on the pier flags.
This video forms part of Frankston City's Coastal Arts Discovery Trail, Digital Walking Tour. Download the Discover Frankston mobile app from App Store or Google Play Store to take the tour and discover more sculptures and points of interest on the trail.
Melbourne Beaches Australia - Port Melbourne & South Melbourne Beach
(Melbourne Beaches) Australia - (Port Melbourne) & (South Melbourne Beach) - (Lagoon Pier Port Melbourne)
Melbourne offers a Great choice of Beaches and Piers Stretching along the Port Phillip Bay. In this Video im visiting Port Melbourne (Lagoon pier) which is a fantastic place to see the surrounding area and (Station Pier Melbourne) Home of Spirit of Tasmania Ferry and docking Pier for Major Cruise Liners Visiting Melbourne Port.
Port Melbourne is an inner suburb of Melbourne, Australia, 5 km south-west from Melbourne's central business district. It is split between the local government areas of Melbourne and Port Phillip. The area to the north of the West Gate Freeway is in the City of Melbourne. The area to the south is in the City of Port Phillip. At the 2016 Census, Port Melbourne had a population of 16,175.[1]
The suburb is bordered by the shores of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River. Port Melbourne covers a large area, which includes the distinct localities of Fishermans Bend, Garden City and Beacon Cove.
Historically it was known as Sandridge and developed as the City's second port, linked to the nearby Melbourne CBD.
The formerly industrial Port Melbourne has been subject to intense urban renewal over the past two decades. As a result, Port Melbourne is a diverse and historic area, featuring industrial and port areas along the Yarra, to open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge.
Port Phillip (also commonly referred to as Port Phillip Bay), is a port in southern Victoria, Australia. It is nearly surrounded by the city of Melbourne and its suburbs. Geographically, the port covers 1,930 square kilometres (480,000 acres) and the shore stretches roughly 264 km (164 mi). Although it is extremely shallow for its size, most of the port is navigable. The deepest portion is only 24 metres (79 ft), and half the region is shallower than 8 m (26 ft). The volume of the water in the port is around 25 cubic kilometres (6.0 cu mi).
Before European settlement the area around Port Phillip was divided between the territories of the Wathaurong (to the west), Wurundjeri (north) and Boonwurrung (south and east) Nations. Its waters and coast are home to seals, whales, dolphins, corals, and many kinds of seabirds and migratory waders.
The first Europeans to enter the port were the crews of HMS Lady Nelson, commanded by John Murray and, ten weeks later, HMS Investigator commanded by Matthew Flinders, in 1802. Subsequent expeditions into the bay took place in 1803 to establish the first settlement in Victoria, near Sorrento, but was abandoned in 1804. Thirty years later, settlers from Tasmania returned to establish Melbourne, now the state's capital city, at the mouth of the Yarra River in 1835 and Geelong at Corio Bay in 1838. Today Port Phillip is the most densely populated catchment in Australia[1] with an estimated 4.5 million people living around the bay; Melbourne's suburbs extend around much of the northern and eastern shorelines, and the city of Geelong sprawls around Corio Bay, in the port's western arm.
