Entre 2016 e 2017, duas avenidas e uma praça - Avenida da República/Praça Duque de Saldanha/Avenida Fontes Preira de Melo - sofreram uma intervenção para requalificar esta central e importante zona de Lisboa.
Agora esta parte do Eixo Central tem mais espaço para as pessoas, melhores acessibilidades, ciclovias e melhorias para os transportes públicos.

Alcoutim, no extremo nordeste do Algarve, Terra de fronteira, com um passado histórico de peso, já que todo o minério e produtos de Espanha e Portugal eram evacuados a partir deste porto pelo Guadiana para o Mediterrâneo mesmo antes da ocupação Romana, que aqui deixou vestígios.
Alcoutim e Sanlucar de ambos os lados do Guadiana guardam uma certa magia, dificil de explicar por palavras, tem que ser sentida no local.

Fronteira é uma vila portuguesa no distrito de Portalegre, região Alentejo e sub-região do Alto Alentejo. É sede de municipio, e é conhecida pelo festival anual de Balões de Novembro, assim como pela sua famosa praia fluvial da Ribeira Grande. É um excelente motivo para parar e conhecer esta linda vila. Foi o que fizemos. Na parte sul de Fronteira está um centro de interpretação sobre a Batalha de Atoleiros onde se decidiu mais um capítulo da história de Portugal.

Aveiro ([aˈvɐjɾu] i) is a city and a municipality in Portugal. In 2021, the population was 80,880, in an area of 197.58 square kilometres (76.29 sq mi): it is the second most populous city in the Centro Region of Portugal (after Coimbra). Along with the neighbouring city of Ílhavo, Aveiro is part of an urban agglomeration that includes 120,000 inhabitants, making it one of the most important populated regions by density in the North Region, and primary centre of the Intermunicipal Community of Aveiro and Baixo Vouga. Administratively, the president of the municipal government is José Ribau Esteves, elected by coalition between the Social Democratic Party and the Democratic Social Centre, who governs the ten civil parishes (Portuguese: freguesias).

Obidos Portugal Aerial & Walking Tour
00:00 Introdução :Neste video vou vos mostrar Óbidos, É uma das principais atrações turísticas de Portugal, por manter o aspecto de uma vila medieval. A sua igreja matriz de Santa Maria quarda no seu interior pinturas do séc.XVII , um duplo tumulo renascientista, e uma decoração baseada em retábulos maneiristas e paineis de azulejos de azul cobalto. Destaque também da sua porta da Vila com uma capela no seu interior forrada com paineis de azulejos barrocos. Passear pelas ruas e ruelas de Óbidos é um encanto e foi isso que fizemos, mostrando alguns dos seus recantos menos conhecidos.

A entrada principal da Vila, amuralhada data do período do rei D.Fernando (século XIV). No seu interior encontra-se a capela-oratório de Nossa Senhora da Piedade, Padroeira da Vila, com varandim barroco e azulejos azuis e brancos (c.1740-1750) mandada colocar pelo Rei D. João IV, em agradecimento pela protecção da Padroeira aquando da Restauração da Independência em 1640.

Atribui-se ao Castelo de Óbidos origem romana, provavelmente assente num castro. Foi posteriormente fortificação sob o domínio árabe. Depois de conquistado pelos cristãos (1148) foi várias vezes reparado e ampliado. No reinado de D. Manuel I, o seu alcaide manda construir um paço e alterar algumas partes do castelo. O Paço sofreu fortes danos com o terramoto de 1755. No século XX estava em total ruína tendo sido recuperado para instalar a Pousada (a primeira pousada do Estado em edifício histórico).

Constitui uma importante marca histórica em Óbidos. Sendo a sua função mais civil que militar, esta torre serviu como primeiro Paço do Concelho, também como casa do tesouro e cadeia.

Porta de acesso à Vila pelo lado nascente, tem no seu interior uma capela-oratório dedicada a Nossa Senhora da Graça, no local onde já deveria existir um nicho com uma imagem que a tradição diz ter sido oferecida em acção de graças após o cerco de 1246 (na contenda entre D. Sancho II e D. Afonso III). Esta capela-oratório foi reformada em 1727.

19:18 Igreja de S.Pedro de fundação Medieval, da sua construção inicial conserva apenas os vestígios do antigo portal gótico na fachada. Foi reformada na segunda metade do século XVI.
19:50 Capela de S.Martinho Capela funerária familiar, situa-se defronte da Igreja de São Pedro. Foi instituída em 1331 pelo Padre Pêro Fernandes, vigário da Lourinhã e beneficiado da Sé de Lisboa.
