Swiss Travel Channel is a YouTube channel of my holiday’s trips videos, taken all around the world since 2008. Some are for pure tourism and others are more of an adventure. The videos usually show the top best tourist attractions, the top things to do and top places to see. The goal is to inspire others on their next vacations. The videos can also be seen as a guide to have an idea of the main highlights and places to explore. I love to take pictures of the nature, traditions and different cultures, to search the must-see spots and show the essentials in my videos, for this reason I always try to create the perfect vacation. Traveling is more than a hobby for me, is a way of life.

Vicenza (source Wikipedia):
Vicenza is a city in northeastern Italy. It is in the Veneto region, at the northern base of the Monte Berico, where it straddles the Bacchiglione River. Vicenza is approximately 60 kilometres (37 mi) west of Venice and 200 kilometres (120 mi) east of Milan.
Vicenza is a thriving and cosmopolitan city, with a rich history and culture, and many museums, art galleries, piazzas, villas, churches and elegant Renaissance palazzi. With the Palladian villas of the Veneto in the surrounding area, and his renowned Teatro Olimpico (Olympic Theater), the city of Palladio has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994.
In December 2008, Vicenza had an estimated population of 115,927 and a metropolitan area of 270,000. Vicenza is the third-largest Italian industrial centre as measured by the value of its exports, and is one of the country's wealthiest cities, in large part due to its textile and steel industries, which employ tens of thousands. Additionally, about one fifth of the country's gold and jewelry is made in Vicenza, greatly contributing to the city's economy. Another important sector is the engineering/computer components industry (Federico Faggin, the microprocessor's co-inventor, was born in Vicenza).

Short History of Bellagio :
Bellagio was already famous in the Roman era
Its enchanting and strategic position has written its history
Holidays in Bellagio date back to ancient history.
The first person to leave a record of his stays in this spot was Pliny the Younger in the first century A.D. He owned two villas on the lake where he combined studying and writing with hunting and fishing. Over the centuries, the strategic position at the centre of the lake made Bellagio important enough to be the object of contention many times.
For a long period during medieval times, the village was dominated by nearby Como, but in 1100, it was already a free commune with its own court. However, in 1154, Frederick Barbarossa brought it under allegiance to Como once more. In the 13th century, Bellagio became part of the Duchy of Milan under the Visconti family. The town was responsible for the surveillance of the lake, and for this reason the Magistrate known as ‘Capitano del Lario’, was armed with two boats, each with twenty oarsmen and sixty soldiers, which he used to patrol the waters against piracy and smugglers.
The town of Bellagio extends from 229 meters. Above sea level up to 1686 meters. height of the top of Mount San Primo and is divided into 22 hamlets.
Come and discover Bellagio “The Pearl of Lake Como” and be amazed by what it can offer. From dawn to sunset, when the sky is full of stars, a flow of emotions and experiences: breakfast by the lake lulled by the gentle waves, walk in the shade of the ancient arcades, visits to gardens and villas, sports activities and new art and culinary experiences .
Italy offers a wonderful series of lakes, which have always attracted tourists and visitors. These ancient glacial lakes vary from the great expanses of Lake Garda (370 sq. km) to the tiny lakes of Olginate and Segrino (less than a single square kilometer each).
Lake Como is the richest of Italy’s three major lakes in terms of charm and culture. Its unmistakable upturned Y shape was carved out by a glacier that was forced to split into two by the mountain that stood in its path. The lake offers the visitor the longest and most indented coastline of all the Italian lakes (170 km) as well as some of the most delightful natural, architectural gems of the entire peninsular.
Lake Como is a true oasis of beauty where history, art, culture and nature merge to create a unique harmony in the world.

Sardegna Gola Pirincanes Cascate Rio e Forru Arzana 4k drone
Come Arrivare.

Stay In This 904 YEAR-OLD Private Tuscan Villa in Italy For $0/Night With Inspirato Pass (Full Tour)
As we finish our first full year of nomadic travel and living, we find ourselves checking out of our 2-bedroom flat in the South of France where we explored several famous towns and restaurants over the past week - and taking a private car on a 7-HOUR DRIVE to the rolling hills and vineyards of Siena in Tuscany, Italy. Inspirato has hooked us up with a sprawling hilltop villa where we’ll be living for the next week.
Il Campanile is an estate comprised of three luxury villas: Villa Belezza, with 3 bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms; Villa Collina, a 4700 square foot former castle with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and our 2-bedroom home, Villa Villetta. It’s possible to reserve all 3 for a huge family or friends get-together, but even one villa makes for a great group venue. Watch until the end of this video for a complete walk-through of the two other massive villas.

ABOUT US.
We’re the Lockwoods: a family with 3 kids, 5 careers, and endless passion for adventure. Two years ago, we decided it was time for Phil's ad agency to abandon the in-person, 5-day workweek. So they 86’d the office and work hours, allowing our own family to start traveling almost constantly. We now work, school, and explore in a different place every week—from our own mountain and beach homes to exotic villas, resorts, and yachts around the world. As we experience and support diverse cultures, we hope to inspire more families to design a life of freedom and adventure.
Because there’s a new American Dream. It’s one that’s void of templated expectations, templated career paths, templated education, templated families, templated homes, and templated lives. Freedom is no longer an American tagline—it’s just the new, global way of life.
Every day that you spend doing something that doesn’t fulfill you to your core, you’re living your life on pause. You’re deferring genuine family time with no guarantee that there will be a tomorrow or a someday. Some people follow that mentality their entire lives. We’ve chosen to never live that way again.
We appreciate you following our journey. The more our channel grows, the more time we can spend traveling to more locations, contributing to these cultures, highlighting local businesses, and sharing inspiring stories from these communities. So please consider liking, commenting, and subscribing so that you can stick with us for the long haul.

Mandarin Oriental Lago di Como Italy
Sign Up now for your free membership and benefit from exclusive perks and promotions in over 2000 luxury hotels worldwide.
Situated on Lake Como's banks' exotic southeast side, the Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como provides the perfect living experience to its valued guest. This luxury hotel with its nine villas is the perfect 5-star resort for a much-awaited family getaway. Besides, it's perfect for a romantic visit with your loved one.
The hotel's excellent service with a touch of Italian finesse makes it an ideal place for people who prioritize quality and comfort above anything else. In addition, the property is situated in a perfect location where guests can spend quality time with their family and friends.
This Lake Como's environment-friendly resort, Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como, made a name for itself. It provides exceptional services that are in line with environmental standards. Every building at the resort complies with strict environmental standards. This ensures that the hotel cares for not only its valued guests but also the natural environment.
Innovative environment-friendly methods set the resort apart from the competition. Here at Mandarin Oriental Lago, they use power as a substitute for methane for cooking. Instead, the resort gets its clean energy from a heat exchanger, which extracts water from Lake Como. Alternatively, they utilize the heat produced by the cooling systems that adapt to temperature change, installed in every single suite or room.
The concern for the environment can be proved that the waiters ensure that plastic bottles are not used. As a result, they only use aluminum bottles in the kitchen. You will also not find the traditional cling wrap in the kitchen. Instead, there's a substitute from a bio-degradable material - sweetcorn starch.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of lakes and gardens are the redesigned 77 rooms and suites. Their large windows surely keep you connected with the breathtaking views of the lake and garden. Moreover, their rich design consisting of wooden floors, East Asian touch, and premium quality materials will provide you with an immersive staying experience.
Inside the rooms, the premium facilities include an LED TV, sockets, a private terrace, ammonite, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. The rooms also come with marble bathrooms that include bathtubs too. In addition, there are two standalone villas, which further elevate the premium appeal of the hotel.
Obviously, all the suites and the two villas provide an even better experience than the standard rooms. However, the standard rooms are designed while keeping in view the comfort and convenience of the occupants.
The villas offer a private balcony, a master room, and several premium amenities to deliver an unforgettable experience to the valued guests.
