⭐ About Postcard & A Pint:
Welcome to the official Postcard & A Pint YouTube channel.
Postcard & A Pint was thought up by my partner, Rachel & myself, Wills one day while taking our daily 1 hour exercise during the lockdown of 2020. All of a sudden, we were spending more time together, not working 6 or 7 days a week in the arts industry, and binge watching travel programs, and we were actually really enjoying it, and it made us re-evaluate what was important in life for us. Now back to working 6 or 7 days a week again, with very little time off, our happy time is getting out there on our brief times off together and making short travel videos that we are now sharing with you. It's just a bit of fun, and great for our sanity. Your support is hugely appreciated x

Llandudno & Colwyn Bay | Places to Visit in Llandudno, | Llandudno Tourism

County Borough, Wales, located on the Creuddyn peninsula, which protrudes into the Irish Sea. In the 2011 UK census, the community, which includes Penrhyn Bay and Penrhynside, had a population of 20,710 The town's name is derived from its patron saint, Saint Tudno.
Llandudno, Queen of the Welsh Resorts, a title first applied as early as 1864, is now the largest seaside resort in Wales, and lies on a flat isthmus of sand between the Welsh mainland and the Great Orme. Historically a part of Caernarfonshire, Llandudno was formerly in the district of Aberconwy within Gwynedd.
The town of Llandudno developed from Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age settlements over many hundreds of years on the slopes of the limestone headland, known to seafarers as the Great Orme and to landsmen as the Creuddyn Peninsula. The origins in recorded history are with the Manor of Gogarth conveyed by King Edward I to Annan, Bishop of Bangor in 1284. The manor comprised three townships, Y Gogarth in the south-west, Y Cyngreawdr in the north (with the parish church of St Tudno) and Yn Wyddfid in the south-east, More Info :

Why You SHOULD Visit Llandudno! - Seafront Tour, North Wales

Llandudno is a coastal town in North Wales. It’s known for North Shore Beach and 19th-century Llandudno Pier, with shops and a games arcade. Northwest of town, the cliffs of Great Orme headland jut into the sea. Ancient tunnels lead to a cavern at Great Orme Mines. A 1902 tramway has an upper and lower section, and travels to the headland’s summit. To the east, smaller headland Little Orme is a nature reserve. In 2022 the Great Orme Tramway will celebrate its 120th anniversary, yet each year thousands of people still take immense pleasure in travelling to the summit of the Great Orme in an original early twentieth century tramcar. Others prefer to wind their way around the headland, admiring some of the most strikingly beautiful and dramatic scenery, which is visible only from the Marine Drive. This four mile shelf was cut out of the sheer limestone cliffs in 1878 and is designed for vehicles and walkers alike. Alternatively, it is possible to catch a bus in opposte the Pier and go on an informative and visually rewarding sight-seeing tour of the Orme.

Visiting Conwy & Llandudno | North Wales | United kingdom Travel Guide

Join us as we visit both Conwy and Llandudno, North Wales in the United Kingdom. We arrived early into Conwy, firstly passing the stunning castle. Unfortunately the castle isn't dog friendly so we couldn't visit this time. We had a walk along the harbour, visiting the UK's smallest house before heading for some breakfast. We then drove on to Llandudno where we rode the Great Orme Tramway before a short walk on the seafront.

CONWY: Discover its iconic landmarks - Conwy Castle and the smallest house in Great Britain.

Conwy is a town in North Wales that is known for its rich history and beautiful landmarks. Two of its most famous landmarks are Conwy Castle and the Smallest House in Great Britain.

Conwy Castle is a medieval fortress built by King Edward I in the late 13th century. It is located on a rocky hill overlooking the Conwy estuary and is considered to be one of the best-preserved castles in Wales. The castle has eight large towers and a double-walled circuit, which visitors can explore and learn about its fascinating history.

The Smallest House in Great Britain is located on Conwy's quayside and is just 1.8 meters wide and 3 meters tall. Despite its small size, the house has a fascinating history and is open to visitors who can see how people used to live in such a small space.

Together, these two landmarks offer visitors a glimpse into Conwy's rich history and are must-see attractions for anyone visiting the town.

Beach Road Walk in Old Colwyn, North Wales June 2020 in 4K

Today is June 16th, 2020 and the weather in Colwyn Bay is very sunny and gorgeous. The temperature is 18 Celsius, 64 Fahrenheit. It was just after midday and I decided to go for a walk. I walked eastward on Abergele Road A547. I have no plan at all to where I am going.

The other day I took video whilst walking on the right side of the road. Today I will try to walk on the left side. After about 10 minutes walk, I saw the road name Beach Road and I recognised the name from Old Colwyn Heritage Walk from

It is a good time for me to walk along Beach Road. The road is very peaceful and the houses are very beautiful. It is very nice to walk on the footpath.

I hope you will enjoy my video. Your suggestion is welcome. If you do not want to miss my upcoming videos, please click here to subscribe
