GOATS ON THE FIELD. Milking goats on pasture.Transcarpathia, Ukraine
Shepherds high in the mountains make sheep's cheese. These are Ukrainian boys who graze sheep and goats. They do not have an easy job. Usually there are about 6 men in the team. They graze and milk these animals, prepare food, and make temporary homes. In which they spend the night there. And of course they make sheep's cheese. I love this cheese. With them in the team were 3 large dogs. They protect sheep and goats from wild animals. We had fun that day. And nature and authentic Ukrainian food made a great impression.
