Spent 3 days in Cateel's famous long beach. Easily my fave spot in Davao region.
On the way, we passed by Aliwagwag Falls and went to Busay Falls in Boston on the second day.

This amazing waterfalls can be seen along the road as you travel in Cateel, Davao del Sur. You can stop by for a moment to take some pictures. Hopefully, the local tourism board will open a safe area again for swimming someday.

Mahoc Beach is an untouched cove located in Barangay San Antonio. It is the last barangay of the municipality of Cateel adjacent to the last barangay of the municipality of Baganga.
Hearsay has it, the beach is enchanted. Old folks say that it is “tawhan”- where some supernatural spirits live. Despite these hearsays, the beauty of Mahoc beach is unrivaled among the other beaches in Cateel.
