Unusual Sight - Canberra Xplorer Passing Carramar
The Canberra Xplorer usually goes along the Airport line, but trackwork between Central and Wolli Creek forced them to take a different route.

The creation of this film was somewhat of an oddity. Originally, it was to be a short film, only featuring 8049 & its Waratah transfer (as I'm trying not to do loads of night shoots until I can upgrade my camera). Then two days later, when another SSR transfer came, this was recorded too (alongside an XPT). Instead of two separate short films, they ended up becoming one six-minute (so still not overly long) production, a move which benefitted them I feel.
As for what this film contains, there are suburbans & interurbans the usual XPT and a history class (as we've come to expect in 158F nowadays), but there's also the two SSR transfers: 8049 with A73 and C506 with two Millennium sets.
