14. country of Africa trip on the motorcycle is Gabon. Gabon journey started from Bitam ( Cameroon border) and continue to Makokou, Libreville, Franceville for visit Gorilla and finished Ndende to go to Congo by motorcycle.
Around ten days and two thousand km. we made in Gabon but we couldn't see Gorilla in Gabon because our plan was visit them in Loango National Park Gabon. Loango National Park is on the road of Franceville. Also you can pass Congo from there but It is so hard to reach there in the rain season. Because if you stuck on the road no help to come and phones didn't work as well. Therefore we skipped last 30 km of Franceville, Loango National Park because of the road conditions.
We didn't have plan go to capital city of Gabon, Libreville bur we had to turn our road there to find good food and rest a while. After that we hit the road again from Libreville to Ndende to ger ready famous road Ndende to Dolisie :)

Flying the HS748 Cockpit in Africa
In 1999 Just Planes was very fortunate to make the trip to Gabon where we filmed Gabon Express. This project was primarily to film the only Caravelle that was still in service at the time and this film features no less than 10 flights on the aircraft however we were also lucky to be able to film a 1965 Hawker Siddeley HS 748 on a roundtrip from Libreville to Bitam, a village in Northern Gabon near the border with Cameroon. The video you see are scenes from the return flight to Libreville. Crew presentations about the HS748 are on the flight to Bitam.

Air North Hawker Siddeley HS 748 North Schedule
A flight on Air North, Yukon's Airline, on board the classic Hawker Siddeley HS 748. Fly the entire North Schedule: Whitehorse (YXY) - Dawson City (YDA) - Old Crow (YOC) - Inuvik (YEV) - YDA - YXY. Air North is the last airline flying the HS 748 in scheduled passenger service. The airline is planning to retire the HS 748 from regular service in February or March 2017.
