美罗（馬來語：Bidor）是马来西亚霹靂州马登巴冷县的一个小镇，人口约有75,000人。镇内有通往吉隆坡、新山、乔治市等主要城镇的高速公路南北大道。美罗位于怡保与吉隆坡之间，坐落于南北大道上，地处打巴的南部，宋溪的北部，西临安顺，东临蒂迪旺沙山脉。附近景点包括被当地人称为“大石山”的瀑布。
美罗是马来西亚主要工业区之一，前往美罗北部将会看到主干道旁覆盖有成片成片茂密的草木，并以番石榴、油棕和橡胶种植园为主。早年美羅是個錫礦重鎮，如今錫礦雖已沒落，所遺下的廢礦湖卻成了淡水魚產地。
然而，美罗最主要的收入来源，仍旧依靠途径此地的游客购买其众所周知的地方美食和农产品，如“品珍雞仔餅”、廣興的天女/仙女醬油/辣椒醬以及肉香皮脆可口的“燒肉”等。在南北大道开通之前，游客只能通过联邦大道抵达这座城镇。由于这座市镇始终以其多种多样的美食而闻名，吸引游客在此停留享用美食。
