If you want to step into the racing shoes yourself, you can give the racing simulator a go and get behind the wheel. Or, take a visit around Old Town. And if you're looking for some unique things to take home after your visit, the tiny artisan shops sell jewelry, rugs, and pottery.

Albuquerque, NM TRAVEL GUIDE! #albuquerque #travel
A Campground In Bernalillo, NM. A guide to lesser known sites in the American West. S06E96
I hope to illustrate some of the lesser known places that one can camp in the Central Western states. There are many campgrounds and other places which relatively unknown or overlooked which I feel would be of interest to tourists / vacationers and both tent campers and RV'ers.
I found many of these places to camp with Google's camping near _______ search terms. I was amazed how many small towns and state/federal lands allow camping. In addition, Colorado, Wyoming and Idaho publish very complete guides to lesser known campsites. New Mexico is not one of them. There are not as many in this state. As we traveled, we found a few and I made sure to record them on video to share with all of you.
However, one must take care in selecting these sites. Sometimes, it is only a dirt lot with no services and no bathrooms suitable only for self-contained RV units. Others, are down narrow rough roads suitable only for SUV's and trucks. Finally, and most importantly I review and rate how good I thought these campsites are and how suitable it is to tent camping. Sometimes they are true undiscovered gems which are little used or unknown outside the local community.
I rate this campground a 9 out of 10. The only detraction at this campground is the noise from the nearby highways. It is not bad but it is not like a quiet rural site. This one is really nice and your best and maybe ONLY option if you are tenting in the Albuquerque area.

Visiting Albuquerque, New Mexico: My Top Things To Do (flamenco, Route 66 & more)
Join me in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a city that sits on Route 66. This area is known for the Sandia Mountains, Native American culture, and a thriving art scene. On this visit, I was also introduced to Flamenco, and as it turns out, Albuquerque is the epicenter for this style of dance. The spirit of Albuquerque can also be found at places like Hotel Chaco, a luxury property inspired by the state's Chaco Canyon. You will feel the inspiration of Chaco Canyon as soon as you walk through the hotel’s front doors.
A short walk from the hotel will take you into Old Town Albuquerque, where it’s impossible to walk ten steps without seeing something crafted by a local artist or inspired by area tribes.
Albuquerque, New Mexico & Visiting Santa Fe, NM for the Day | Travel Vlog #39
Albuquerque New Mexico is well off itself in many ways. Albuquerque has its name along the historic route 66. The stop over and weekend stay for us was well worth it. Albuquerque, NM is home to rich culture of the ancient pueblo people. The culture still remains prevalent to this very day.
The Old Town Albuquerque is quite famous for its localized businesses along with the many great traditions that are kept. We enjoyed the Old Town quite a lot and actually got our own hand woven blanket from there. Albuquerque's Olde Town is robust and is a must see thing to do in Albuquerque if you're in town.
Now onto the ancient history of Albuquerque and the Pueblo people who brought this town to what makes it special. We visited Petroglyph National Monument in Albuquerque New Mexico. This park is home to over 24,000 petroglyphs and hikes to do to take in the amazing history behind it. The National Park Service manages the Petroglyph National Monument and keeps the park in great condition. So definitely is the hidden gem of the city.
From Albuquerque, we take a day trip to Santa Fe, NM and enjoy Santa Fe New Mexico for the day. The capital city is home to more pueblo structures than even Albuquerque, so we were pleasantly surprised by that. While we were there, we visited the iconic canyon road which is a road filled with many art exhibits. Now of course, we cannot miss it, we did stop off at Meow Wolf in Santa Fe. The Meow Wolf exhibit is an art installation interactive thing...and that's about as good as we can describe it. Meow Wolf has became quite popular for those who enjoy interactive museums and want to see something new. So many great things, please check out this video in its entirety.
