Cabramatta Town Centre Sydney Australia Winter Walking Tour

Cabramatta ('Cabra') is a suburb in south-western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Cabramatta is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Fairfield.

Freedom Plaza is located within the Cabramatta CBD and forms the pedestrian mall between John Street and Arthur Street. The Pai Lau or gateway forms the main ornamental feature of Freedom Plaza and symbolises harmony and multiculturalism. It was opened in 1991 by Nick Greiner, the Premier of New South Wales at the time, as part of Lunar New Year celebrations.

Lovely afternoon on our harbour. Yet again. Paradise. This is Sydney Harbour Australia LIVE Cam

Live video on Thursday 17/10/2024 on the world's most beautiful harbour from our camera in Balmain East looking west towards Barangaroo, Pyrmont and Anzac Bridge. Take in some of the views of Sydney from the Barangaroo development to the Inner West and the historic power station. Along the way see the ferries, party boats, the aquarium as well as some serious motor yachts and iconic wharves. The top right image is a stream to the east towards the bridge with a fixed camera in an attempt to catch the dawn skies and then the sun as it rises above the harbour.

Concord West on Sydney's Northern Line, between Strathfield & Rhodes. The station has 4 platform faces, but only 3 a regularly used by passenger services. Platform 1 hosts the (southbound) Northern Sydney Freight Line, which only allows travel west/southbound, there being no connection towards Stathfield & Central stations..

This week, we're on the Northern Line, spending a night at Beecroft Station to see the various passenger and freight trains.
As well as the passenger services, which include suburbans, interurbans and an XPT, there's a fair amount of freight, including two SSR trains and a locomotive which has been absent from 158 Films & TheBritFromOz Rail for quite some time.

Wodi Wodi Walking Track

The Wodi Wodi walking track is a scenic 2 hour track south of Sydney just before Wollongong. It is a relatively popular walk with the locals in the area and can get a bit busy on the weekends. The hike begins with an incline which might be difficult for some, but most people should be able to complete the trail in full.

TOUR of AUBURN - Sydney's Cultural Melting Pot | Asian Tour of Sydney

Part 7 - this time about Auburn NSW. Note that this place is a melting pot of the Chinese and the Middle Eastern culture, and the shops are not segregated by race, which is actually rare to see.
Again, it's nice to see a different side of Sydney because you don't see such stuff, especially for those who have never left the North Sydney and Eastern Suburbs bubble. 😂

There's a huge Turkish community here, so it's really good to get some kebabs and that greasy food. But you can always water it down with tea. Turkey Playlist right below:
