Is an administrative subdivision (Tehsil) of Okara District in the Punjab province of Pakistan, Headquartered at the city of Depalpur. Depalpur Tehsile is known as the Largest Tehsil of Pakistan. And also include in the top 10 Tehsiles of Asia.

The capital Pakpattan is located about 169 km from Lahore and 205 km from Multan. The district is bounded to the northwest by Sahiwal District, to the north by Okara District, to the southeast by the Sutlej River and Bahawalnagar District, and to the southwest by Vehari District.
Pakpattan is the city of the great Saint Baba Farid of Chisti. The original name of Pakpattan was Ajodhan. It was renamed Pakpattan after it was used for the first time by Saint Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Ganj Shakar.
Pakpattan is the 48th-most-populous city in Pakistan (176,693). The top 10 most populous cities in Pakistan are: Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Quetta.
Pakpattan was founded as a village by the name of Ajodhan. Ajodhan was the location of a ferry service across the Sutlej River that rendered it an important part of the ancient trade routes that connected Multan to Delhi. Given its position on the flat plains of Punjab, Ajodhan was vulnerable to waves of invasions from Central Asia that began in the late 10th century. It was captured by Sebüktegin in 977–78 CE and by Ibrahim Ghaznavi in 1079–80.

फाज़िल्का (Fazilka) पंजाब राज्य का एक ऐतिहासिक शहर है जो की भारतपाक सीमा से करीब 14 किलोमीटर दूर बसा है शहर फाजिल्का 165 साल पुराना इतिहास है , फाजिल्का को बांग्ला के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। यह राज्य के चावल उगाने वाले और कपास समृद्ध बेल्ट पर स्थित है और भारत में प्रमुख चावल निर्यात केंद्रों में से एक है। विभाजन से पहले, यह शहर अविभाजित पंजाब में सबसे बड़ा ऊन बाजार था।
फाजिल्का की उत्पत्ति 1844 ईस्वी पूर्व की है। इसे श्री ओलिवर द्वारा स्थापित किया गया था और भूमि के मूल मालिक मियां फाजिल वाटू के नाम पर इसका नामकरण किया गया था। सीमा पर होने के कारण फाजिल्का को 1965 और 1971 के दो भारत-पाक युद्धों का भी खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ा।
प्रसिद्ध 'तोशा' मिठाइयों की उत्पत्ति फाजिल्का में हुई है। इस शहर के नाम पर दुनिया का पहला सिंगल सिलेंडर स्टीम शिप फाजिल्का रखा गया था। फाजिल्का में एशिया का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा टीवी टावर भी है, जो जमीन से 305 मीटर ऊपर है। यहाँ तीन तहसील है अबोहर,फाजिल्का और जलालबाद।

Okara is a relatively new #agricultural city during the period of British rule there was a forest of Okaan where the city has been re-built, and from this the name of the city was derived. During British rule, the area was part of #Montgomery District and contained a large saltpeter refinery. There are many textile mills in Okara. The predominantly Muslim population supported the Muslim League and the Pakistan Movement. After the independence of Pakistan in 1947, the Muslim refugees settled in the Okara District. In 1982, the city became the headquarters of the newly created Okara District. Okara has had a railway line since 1892.
Okara is known for its cattle breed known as Sahiwal and a water buffalo breed known as #Niliravi. It is very rich in livestock population and production. Livestock Production Research Institute #Bahadar_Nagar Farm is a very large government farm near Okara. The farm has many cows, buffalo, bulls (for reproduction), goats and sheep.

The capital Pakpattan is located about 169 km from Lahore and 205 km from Multan. The district is bounded to the northwest by Sahiwal District, to the north by Okara District, to the southeast by the Sutlej River and Bahawalnagar District, and to the southwest by Vehari District.
Pakpattan is the city of the great Saint Baba Farid of Chisti. The original name of Pakpattan was Ajodhan. It was renamed Pakpattan after it was used for the first time by Saint Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Ganj Shakar.
Pakpattan is the 48th-most-populous city in Pakistan (176,693). The top 10 most populous cities in Pakistan are: Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Quetta.
Pakpattan was founded as a village by the name of Ajodhan. Ajodhan was the location of a ferry service across the Sutlej River that rendered it an important part of the ancient trade routes that connected Multan to Delhi. Given its position on the flat plains of Punjab, #Ajodhan was vulnerable to waves of invasions from Central Asia that began in the late 10th century. It was captured by Sebüktegin in 977–78 CE and by Ibrahim Ghaznavi in 1079–80.

Okara اوکاڑہ
Okara is a relatively new agricultural city; during the period of British rule there was a forest of Okaan where the city has been rebuilt, and from this, the name of the city was derived.During British rule, the area was part of Montgomery District and contained a large saltpeter refinery. There are many textile mills in Okara. The predominantly Muslim population supported the Muslim League and the Pakistan Movement. After the independence of Pakistan in 1947, the Muslim refugees settled in the Okara District. In 1982, the city became the headquarters of the newly created Okara District. Okara has had a railway line since 1892.

Pakpattan is the city of the great Saint Baba Farid of Chisti. The original name of Pakpattan was Ajodhan. It was renamed Pakpattan after it was used for the first time by Saint Hazrat Baba Fariduddin Ganj Shakar.
Pakpattan is the 48th-most-populous city in Pakistan (176,693). The top 10 most populous cities in Pakistan are: Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Quetta.
Pakpattan was founded as a village by the name of Ajodhan. Ajodhan was the location of a ferry service across the Sutlej River that rendered it an important part of the ancient trade routes that connected Multan to Delhi. Given its position on the flat plains of Punjab, #Ajodhan was vulnerable to waves of invasions from Central Asia that began in the late 10th century. It was captured by Sebüktegin in 977–78 CE and by Ibrahim Ghaznavi in 1079–80.
