Indiana may be best known for its obsession with sports (and limestone) but what may not be in the public domain is that the Midwestern state has one of the lowest cost of living in the United States.
A dollar stretches a long way here, longer than it would in 41 states.

AMERICAN FORK TWIN PEAKS: GREAT UNKNOWN ROUTE IN UTAH’S WASATCH MOUNTAIN RANGE, SALT LAKE CITY
Towering over the Snowbird Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon at just under 11,500 feet stands American Fork Twin Peaks. This could be the best hike near the Snowbird Resort in the Wasatch Mountain Range. A relatively short approach hike combined with a high trailhead elevation make this an excellent peak for intermediate hikers. This prominent mountain can be reached by a trailhead in the American Fork Canyon or by hiking straight out of the Snowbird resort. From the Snowbird parking lot the summit is approximately 4- 5 miles and 4, 250 feet of elevation gain, making it a nearly 10 mile out and back. A lollipop loop can be attempted instead of the out and back.There are plenty of mountain bike trails and hiking trails up to Gad Valley. From Gad Valley the western ridge to Twin Peaks can be accessed. Once the ridge is gained the ridge-walk is wide, fun and safe to each summit. From Twin Peaks to Hidden Peak lies a sketchy knifes edge that can be avoided by heading straight down a giant scree field to the trails below. From the Twin Peaks summits, a gondola atop Hidden Peak to the east is visible. This gondola ride is free for passengers heading down that have hiked up during the day. Make sure to know when the gondola closes before relying on taking it down. It is also possible to reach Twin Peaks by taking the gondola up (for a fee) and then attempt the knifes edge to the summit of Twin Peaks. This peak is quite possibly the Wasatch mountains most easily attainable summit. The location being in the middle of the range and the 360 degree views from the summit, helps to solidify it has a Wasatch must!
