🇮🇶 Iraq Largest Church Destroyed by ISIS #shorts
St Mary al-Tahira Church is a church in the Iraqi city of Baghdida. Its construction started in 1932 and was completely in 1948. It is the largest church of Iraq. It was truly magical to see how much it has been rebuilt since it was destroyed by ISIS not long ago. This piece of history is a historical marvel and the beauty really was within the details and the setting of being in such an ancient place. This was filmed during my recent trip to Iraq in September of 2022.
