Bahama Islands are very rich in terms of plant. There are forests in the big islands. The climate is suitable for growing fruits and vegetables. Mayaguana Fun
We spent a few days waiting for a weather window in Mayaguana. Mayaguana is one of the last islands under the Bahamian Government. We stopped specifically at Abrahams Bay. there are three settlements on the island of Mayguana. this is our experience with only Abrahams Bay. Social Media lInks are as always bellow:

Conception Island Bahamas
The Bahamas is an archipelagic state within the Lucayan Archipelago, consists of more than 700 islands, cays, and islets in the Atlantic Ocean and is located north of Cuba and Hispaniola; northwest of the Turks and Caicos Islands; southeast of the US state of Florida and east of the Florida Keys. The designation of the Bahamas can refer either to the country or to the larger island chain that it shares with the Turks and Caicos Islands. As stated in the mandate/manifesto of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, the Bahamas territory encompasses 470,000 km2 (180,000 sq mi) of ocean space.
The Bahamas is the site of Columbus' first landfall in the New World in 1492. At that time, the islands were inhabited by the Lucayan, a branch of the Arawakan-speaking Taino people. Although the Spanish never colonised the Bahamas, they shipped the native Lucayans to slavery in Hispaniola. The islands were mostly deserted from 1513 until 1648, when English colonists from Bermuda settled on the island of Eleuthera.
+ For this Info:
The Bahamas became an independent Commonwealth realm in 1973, retaining Queen Elizabeth II as its monarch. In terms of gross domestic product per capita, the Bahamas is one of the richest countries in the Americas (following the United States and Canada), with an economy based on tourism and finance. In English, the Bahamas is one of only two countries whose self-standing short name begins with the word the, along with The Gambia.

What it’s Like Sailing to a Remote Island Paradise in the Bahamas | Harbors Unknown Ep. 64
This week we’re sailing to a remote uninhabited island paradise in the Bahamas, the Berry Islands. Crystal clear waters and white sand beaches all to ourselves. The waters surrounding these islands are VERY shallow so we’re really trying to arrive before dark. But first we have to stock up on some fresh food because there aren’t any stores where we’re headed. Settle in and see what boat life is like in this part of the beautiful Bahamas.

If you're new here, Harbors Unknown is the story of two dreamers, Kristin and Fabio Potenti, and our French Bulldog dog Yoda. We sold our home at the beginning of the pandemic (May 27th, 2020) and moved aboard our Seawind 1600 catamaran, Wanderlust, in September, 2020. We're sailing her to Harbors Unknown, to explore the world’s vast cultures through food, a common thread amongst people everywhere. Connecting with people and places through the local cuisine, and showing how those dishes can be cooked on a boat with limited space and resources. We're sharing our adventures as a sailing couple living on a boat and how it’s possible to live an alternative lifestyle that provides freedom and fulfillment. We have set off on our voyage sailing around the world, exploring the beautiful waters of South Florida, the Florida Keys, Bahamas, and the US East Coast. Subscribe now to join our sailing adventure.

In this Episode: Ep.10 4k Drone Footage Unedited Crooked Island Bahamas Lighthouse Junior Bald Eagle Autel Evo 2 8k
This is the unedited drone footage that accompanies episode 9 and 10 of the Millionaire Beachbum episodes. In this footage we tour Crooked Island Lodge Marina, the Lighthouse where we see a rare Junior Bald Eagle sighting. There are plenty of beautiful beaches and ocean shot.
I use the Autel Evo 2 8k Drone to shoot this footage. I have my own thoughts and reviews coming soon. Before my Autel I used the DJI Pro but trashed it in the mountains.

SAILING off the beaten path : San Salvador Island [E219]
We got way more wind than expected on our way to San Salvador from Conception Island. But it made it possible for us to dive into the water where Christopher Columbus first landed in 1492.
If you like what you see don't forget to give us the thumbs up!
