This fountain pours you a BEER in the park🍺📍Fontana Piva - Žalec -Slovenia #beer #slovenia #travel
Located in the tiny town of Žalec in Slovenia is this amazing concept.
Essentially you buy a glass as shown in the video which contains a chip at the bottom, they then program the chip to your order.
We ordered the tasting option which meant we were able to try 6 different samples of beer, but if you had one you liked you could get the chip topped up to allow full glasses of the ones you wanted 🙂 all chilled and ready to drink!
They also have a glass rinser and fresh water taps there to clean out your glass for the next beer! 🍻

🍺 Žalec Beer Fountain | The World’s first and only beer fountain | Slovenia
If you turn off the highway connecting Maribor and Ljubljana for about 4 km, you'll discover an unusual attraction: The World’s first and only beer fountain is in Žalec.
You can buy your tasting mug designed by Oskar Kogoj (which you can keep as a souvenir) to have a thermal water-based beer from the first tap, and different craft beers based on local hops from the other five. From one of the taps you can even have green beer!
See in the video all the information about the Green Gold Fountain and what a tourist from Texas has to say about green beer!
