Carrer de Pujades and Passeig de Pujades, before 1900 rendered Pujadas, are respectively a street and a promenade in the Poblenou and Sant Martí de Provençals areas of Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain). It's named after the poet and historian Jeroni Pujades, who penned a Universal Chronicle of the Principality of Catalonia in the 16th century. In Ildefons Cerdà's urban plan the street was to be named U street. It starts by Passeig de Picasso and Passeig de Lluís Companys, and runs to the north-east of Poblenou, at Carrer de la Selva de Mar, near Avinguda Diagonal. It borders one of Barcelona's biggest parks, Parc de la Ciutadella and crosses the city's new development district, 22@. Some 19th-century and early-20th-century industrial architecture is still to be found in the area, along with late-20th-century developments, despite their being replaced by newer structures and office buildings.

Parc del Fòrum (Catalan for Forum Park) is a public park located between the district of Sant Martí in Barcelona and Sant Adrià de Besòs. It was built in 2004 following Elías Torres' and José Antonio Martínez Lapeñas's original design in order to hold the international cultural event Fòrum Universal de les Cultures, celebrated in 2004. It is operated by Ajuntament de Barcelona and Barcelona Serveis Municipals.
The Parc del Fòrum hosted the Universal Forum of Cultures held in Barcelona during 2004.
The event, devised by the then-mayor of the city Joan Clos, raised a strong controversy in the city due to alleged plots of urban speculation, which never came to be demonstrated.
The event allowed new urban changes in the city: the entire Besós area was recovered, until then populated by old disused factories, the entire Poblenou neighborhood was regenerated and the new Diagonal Mar neighborhood was built, while it was equipped the city of new parks and spaces for the leisure of citizens. The site was designed by Elías Torres and José Antonio Martínez Lapeña, which highlights a multipurpose esplanade of 16 has culminated at one end by a large solar panel, which It became one of the emblems of the event and gives electric energy to 140 families nowadays.
The main construction was the Forum building (2000-2004), by Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron -current headquarters of the Natural Sciences Museum of Barcelona and the Forum Auditorium-, with a triangular low profile with a distribution of several interior courtyards that generate open spaces, and a rough-looking facade of indigo blue, furrowed by various strips of glass. Next to this building was the International Convention Center of Barcelona (2000-2004), by Josep Lluís Mateo, with a metal layout structure irregular and undulating shapes that hide the supporting elements, generating large open spaces of flexible arrangement inside.

Els visitants que s'acostin en aquesta zona, tenen l'ocasió de gaudir de les vistes privilegiades a través de la xarxa de miradors del Parc.

Las aves y las especies vegetales, tanto de ecosistemas líquidos salados como de agua dulce, son uno de los grandes atractivos. La importancia del ecosistema del Delta del Ebro viene ratificada por la declaración del Parque Natural como zona de especial protección de las aves a nivel internacional (ZEPA). The Ebro Delta National Park is one of the most visited natural areas in Catalonia, and also one of the best managed, as can be seen by provisions for the physically disabled and the quality of their services, basic factors when including this National Park as one of the twenty-one parks in Spain with the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism Certificate. Where the Ebro River and the Mediterranean
meet, there are more than 320 kilometres of sand dunes, bays, salt marshes and lagoons, forming an area of incomparable landscapes. The bird and vegetable species, as well as salt water and fresh water eco-systems are one of the biggest attractions. In fact the importance of the Ebro Delta eco-system has been clearly acknowledged, by the declaration of this National park as an area of special protection for birds on an international level (ZEPA). Visitors to this area, can enjoy some really privileged views from the watch towers and observation points in the Park.
