Gran Canaria is one of the top tourist destinations of Europe especially those that come from the northern countries and Germany.
Tourist are welcomed to Gran Canaria anytime of the year since there is a well prepared infrastructure to cover all needs any tourist may have when they visit Gran Canaria.
Though one thing to take into account is that foreign tourists choose to come during the winter to get out of the cold temperatures their country may have. Spanish tourists rather come in the summer because it is the most usual period that spanish people go on vacation.
Other kind of tourist that have been coming to Gran Canaria lately are the digital nomads. The capital city of the island is a perfect destination for digital nomads since there are plenty of coworking spaces to work from.
One cool thing about Gran Canaria and one of the main reasons why tourist decide to go there is their prices. Gran Canaria has lower taxes because they are far from the Spanish peninsula and it makes it easier to import and export products. Spain in general is cheaper than other countries but Gran Canaria can be even cheaper.

Palmitos Park, ist ein Tierpark und botanischer Garten auf Gran Canaria und hat eine Größe von 20 Hektar.
Kathedrale Santa Ana, sie ist die älteste und größte Kirche auf Gran Canaria und befindet sich in Las Palmas.
Casa de Colón, oder auch als Kolumbushaus bekannt und wurde 1492 von Kolumbus besucht. Heute ist es ein Museum um den es sich ausschließlich um Kolumbus handelt.
Aqualand Maspalomas, ist ein großes Outdoorerlebnisbad an dem man sich an 30 Rutschen austoben kann.
Poema del Mar Aquarium, ist ein großes begehbares Aqurarium in dem auch unterschiedliche Events stattfinden
Roque Nublo ist ein Berg auf Gran Canaria und auch das Wahrzeichen der Insel. Er ist 1813 Meter hoch und somit die höchste Erhebung von Gran Canaria.

Co Warto zobaczyć na Wyspach Kanaryskich? Którą z wysp najlepiej wybrać? Jak Wygląda lokalne życie? Oglądaj moją pieszą przygodę po Wyspach Kanaryjskich. Niektóre z tych miejsc nie znajdziesz w przewodniku.
Pomysł podróży z hamakiem narodził się na długo przed Gran Canarią. W ogóle to zamiast na Gran Canarii, miałem podróżować auto stopem po Bałkanach i spać w hamaku. A hamak dlatego, bo zajmuje mniej miejsca, mniej waży i można szybko rozwiesić. Tak, ale życie napisało zupełnie inny scenariusz. Wszystko się zmieniło i minęło 6 lat od pomysłu, który zrodził się w mojej głowie. Dzięki tej pandemii odważyłem się kolejny raz na to małe szaleństwo. No, bo cóż tu robić w 4 ścianach od marca. Wino w winnicy, które robimy w większości kupują turyści, których nie ma, a pomoc z rządu już się dla mnie skończyła. Zwolnić się nie mogę i bezrobotnego też nie dostanę. Tak że do nowego roku powłóczę się trochę po Wyspach, zamiast czekać na,nie wiem na co. Kupicie mi czasem kawę w drodze? Marzy mi się znaleźć na szlaku starą przytulną chatkę, w której będę mógł pomieszkać trochę, zasiać warzywa i obserwować przyrodę, takie tu i teraz... Pewnie czeka na mnie na północy, gdzieś wysoko w górach w zielonym wąwozie. (teraz zejdźmy na ziemię) A i co jeszcze, to ten długi spacer ma mnie zbliżyć do mieszkańców. Bo jak nie inaczej poznać lokalne życie, jak tylko spacerując i zaczepiając ludzi. W takich podróżach (a mam ich już kilka za sobą) jest zawsze pół na pół. Te cudowne momenty pokazywane w internecie to tylko część całej przygody, druga połowa to rzeczywiście męczarnia. Ale czego się nie zrobi dla tych pięknych chwil. Więc jak 3 noce spałem w wygodnym łóżku, to kolejne 3 spędzę w dziczy, gdzie wieje, że głowę chce urwać, na plaży wiatr biczuje cię piaskiem po twarzy i po chwili masz piaskownice na głowie, a gdy schodzisz do kaldery wulkanu zrobić zdjęcie obejmuje cię cudowny czarny pył na całym ciele, a ponieważ jesteś spocony od upałów to świetnie się przykleja. No, a potem zajmuje Ci całą resztę rzeczy, które dotykasz. Tekst powstaje w Barranco de Draguillo i tak coś właśnie po mnie łazi, chyba znalazłem wielkie kanaryjskie kleszcze. Muszę o tym poczytać jak tylko znajdę zasięg. I co Wam tu jeszcze napisać. Z cyklu pamiętnik w podróży aaaa! pamiętniki z wakacji z Puerto Rico. Albo np. Wyprawa do eksploracji kolejnego wąwozu gotowa, zapas picia jedzenia, mapa offline... idziemy. Chwilę asfaltem i potem wchodzę w szlak prowadzący przez góry. Robię kilka kroków i co? Reklamówka zahacza o kolce kaktusa, i po chwili rozrywa się całkiem przez swój ciężar. Świetny początek, co? Takich drobiazgów jest zawsze pełno. A dziś rozlałem sobie colę na koc przed snem. Dobrze że light, będzie się mniej kleić. A i ostatniej nocy nic nie spałem, co chwilę policja świeciła światłami samochodu po plaży czy nie ma libacji (covid), a dmuchający wiatr poruszając materiał mojego schronienia sprawiał odgłosy startującego samolotu. Oglądając kol;ejne odcinki dowiecie się co jeszcze targam ze sobą oprócz hamaku. Zabieram Was w Podróż, chodzcie!

Surprising historic Telde and BEST snorkelling place on Gran Canaria Tufia
Historic Telde and playa de Tufia beach on Gran Canaria can be perfectly visited as a day trip once you visit Gran Canaria. Both in Tufia as in Telde there are loads of things to do. Including snorkeling in Tufia, one of the best snorkeling places in Gran Canaria.
Telde is a very historic city, with great authentic streets with beautiful coloured houses. While Telde has houses with blue touches is around a bay and offers brilliant snorkelling opportunities.

Telde is the old / previous capital of Gran Canaria. Now Las Palmas has the honour to hold this name. But Telde is older, was the first and offers a great peace with some beautiful architecture and colourful houses. A perfect day trip from Las Palmas.
Tufia on the other hand has a beach. The beach contains black volcano sand and is a perfect snorkeling destination in Gran Canaria and can also be done as a day trip when you are on Gran Canaria.
Tufia is a kind of hidden beach and very popular by locals but not well known by tourists.

This is Tejeda - Gran Canaria
Tejeda is a small village located in the heart of Gran Canaria. Surrounded by mountains and with sights to one of the most beautiful high peaks of the island, El Roque Nublo, you can find Tejeda in the middle of Gran Canaria. It's one of the most unique and emblematic places of the island.
With 17% of a total of 35.000 votes, Tejeda was named as one of the most beautiful rural villages in Spain by the poll to choose the rural wonder of the year. In addition, the marvellous village of Tejeda in Gran Canaria attracts the front page of some traveling magazines for its amazing sights and pictures taken in each of its corners.
Up in the mountain you can find Cruz de Tejeda which is located in the geological center of the island.
