???????? Best TURKISH BREAKFAST in Turkey!!! Meat heaven + Indian food in Cappadocia

BEST TURKISH FOOD FOR BREAKFAST - Today I'm going to eat the best Turkish food I've had for breakfast ever since I arrived in Turkey.

Our journey starts in Ankara where I went to a very old restaurant to eat the best Turkish food I've had for breakfast since I arrived in Turkey. I've had the famous Turkish trotter soup, a super tender lamb shank, and an insanely delicious shepherd's roast.
Bolu Akın Lokantası
Emrah, 85, Etlik Garajı, 06010 Keçiören/Ankara

After having the best Turkish food for breakfast, we traveled to Cappadocia by bus. We stopped in Aksaray, Nevşehir, and finally made it to Göreme.

After checking into our hotel, we went to have the best Indian food in town. Indian cuisine is one of our favourites.
Namaste India
Aydınlı Orta Mahalle, Uzun Dere Cd. No:7, 50180 Göreme/Nevşehir Merkez/Nevşehir

Due to the weather conditions, we weren't able to take the air balloon, so we decided to take a day tour. It was the best decision we've made.

For dinner, we went to have some of the best Turkish food I've had, the famous Konya Fırın Kebabı and bamya Çorbasi.
Konyalı Hacı Vehbi Usta
yeni mahalle, Damat İbrahim Paşa Blv. 13/A, 50160 Nevşehir Merkez/Nevşehir

Hope you enjoyed the best Turkish food I've had for breakfast in Turkey. Stay tuned for more street food tour videos in Turkey.

KAVACIK KÖYÜNDEKİ FRANSIZ LEZZETİ (İzmir Kavacık Üzümü)

İzmir’in Karabağlar ilçesine bağlı Kavacık köyüne gittik ve muhteşem üzümlerinden tattık.
Köyde her yıl Eylül ayında Kavacık Üzüm Festivali düzenleniyor.

Trabzon - UZUNGÖL / Karadeniz'de Gezilecek En Güzel Yerler

Türkiye’nin kuzeyinde bulunan Trabzon; mavi ile yeşili birleştiren doğası, insana huzur veren havası,
tarihten gelen mirası Sümela Manastırı ve yemyeşil çam ağaçlarının çevrelediği doğa harikası Uzungöl’ü ile
Doğu Karadeniz’in en gelişmiş şehridir.

Trabzon’un doğal güzelliklerinden olan Uzungöl Trabzon’a 99 km, Çaykara ilçesine 19 km uzaklıkta,

Oraya gidince her yerde

Cappadocia Turkey | Things to do! Sri Lankan Travel Couple | Sinhala Travel Vlog (ENGLISH SUB)

You can have a great experience if you visit Cappadocia as well as explore a number of UNESCO world heritage sites.

Volcanic explosions which took place millions of years ago have formed the semi-arid landscape in Cappadocia. Lava and ash resulting from these explosions have been deposited in the area.
The deposits have been eroded over time due to wind, rain etc and formed rock formations. These are also called Fairy Chimneys. Some rock formations are more than 100 feet high. Thousands of years ago, human settlers have dug the rock formations and built houses, castles and monasteries.

We took a flight to Kayseri from Antalya which was about 1.15 hours. Then we took a shuttle bus from Kayseri airport to Goreme city in Cappadocia region which was Euro 7/person. You can also travel by train from cities like Istanbul and Ankara.

We rented an ATV to explore Cappadocia which was Euro 25 for 2 hours. This tour included below locations and attractions:
# Love valley
# Rose valley (Red valley)
# Swords valley

There are various one-day tours in Cappadocia such as Red Tour and Green Tour. You can choose one based on the locations that you are interested. We selected Red Tour. The cost was Euro 60 for both of us including transport, tour guide and buffet lunch. Red tour starts around 10 am and ends around 4-5 pm. It includes below:
# Uchisar castle
# Goreme open air museum
# Love valley
# Cavusin village
# Avanos pottery village
# Pasabag (Monks valley)
# Devrent (Imagination) valley

We used the local tour company 2K Travel Agency for above tours and we found them professional. Following is their contact details in case you need:

A view of Turkey from the top of the world- Best Hot Air Balloon Experience

From my last vlog, you must all be anxious to know the story about the Challan charged on me for driving.. I know, I know, but that eventually gave me a gift- an opportunity to sit back next to the driver seat and enjoy the journey.

After 9 hours of driving, we arrived in Cappadocia. Here, we headed to our hotel, named Anka Caves Suites. The hotel was mystique and beautiful, and the suite we got was the best of their hotel. We rested for some time in our imperial suite and soaked the exhilarating view of the cityscape.
The next day, early morning, we got picked up by the Butterfly Balloon company, the one we booked our hot air balloon ride with. They took us to a comfortable waiting lounge until all the co-passengers arrive.
Onboarding the balloon, we were super excited and totally loved the experience. We took a flight at -5°C for about an hour.

Up there, I expressed my love for my lady with the best view. At the end, we received our medals and certificates as a souvenir as well as to congratulate us for the successful completion of the ride.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime kind of an experience and I am totally dreaming to go back there.....AGAIN!!

Cappadocia
Following the Battle of Manzikert in 1071, various Turkish clans under the leadership of the Seljuks began settling in Anatolia. With the rise of Turkish power in Anatolia, Cappadocia slowly became a tributary to the Turkish states that were established to the east and to the west; some of the population converted to Islam with the remainder forming the Cappadocian Greek population. By the end of the early 12th century, Anatolian Seljuks had established their sole dominance over the region. With the decline and the fall of the Konya-based Seljuks in the second half of the 13th century, they were gradually replaced by the Karaman-based Beylik of Karaman, who themselves were gradually succeeded by the Ottoman Empire over the course of the 15th century. Cappadocia remained part of the Ottoman Empire for the centuries to come, and remains now part of the modern state of Turkey. A fundamental change occurred in between when a new urban center, Nevşehir, was founded in the early 18th century by a grand vizier who was a native of the locality (Nevşehirli Damat İbrahim Pasha), to serve as regional capital, a role the city continues to assume to this day.
In the meantime many former Cappadocians had shifted to a Turkish dialect (written in Greek alphabet, Karamanlıca), and where the Greek language was maintained (Sille, villages near Kayseri, Pharasa town and other nearby villages), it became heavily influenced by the surrounding Turkish. This dialect of Greek is known as Cappadocian Greek. Following the 1923 population exchange between Greece and Turkey, the language is now only spoken by a handful of the former population's descendants in modern Greece.
The area is a popular tourist destination, as it has many areas with unique geological, historic, and cultural features.
The region is located southwest of the major city Kayseri, which has airline and railway service to Ankara and Istanbul and other cities.
The most important towns and destinations in Cappadocia are Urgup, Goreme, Ihlara Valley, Selime, Guzelyurt, Uchisar, Avanos and Zelve. Among the underground cities worth seeing are Derinkuyu, Kaymakli, Gaziemir and Ozkanak. The best historic mansions and cave houses for tourist stays are in Urgup, Goreme, Guzelyurt and Uchisar.
Hot-air ballooning is very popular in Cappadocia and is available in Goreme. Trekking is enjoyed in Ihlara Valley, Monastery Valley (Guzelyurt), Urgup and Goreme.
Sedimentary rocks formed in lakes and streams and ignimbrite deposits that erupted from ancient volcanoes approximately 9 to 3 million years ago, during the late Miocene to Pliocene epochs, underlie the Cappadocia region. The rocks of Cappadocia near Göreme eroded into hundreds of spectacular pillars and minaret-like forms. People of the villages at the heart of the Cappadocia Region carved out houses, churches and monasteries from the soft rocks of volcanic deposits. Göreme became a monastic centre in 300–1200 AD.
The first period of settlement in Göreme goes back to the Roman period. The Yusuf Koç, Ortahane, Durmus Kadir and Bezirhane churches in Göreme, and houses and churches carved into rocks in the Uzundere, Bağıldere and Zemi Valleys all illustrate history and can be seen today. The Göreme Open Air Museum is the most visited site of the monastic communities in Cappadocia (see Churches of Göreme, Turkey) and is one of the most famous sites in central Turkey. The complex contains more than 30 carved-from-rock churches and chapels, some having superb frescoes inside, dating from the 9th century to the 11th century.

CAPPADOCIA, Turkey (4K Landscape Series) 4K Tour with Stunning Images/Drone Footage

CAPPADOCIA, Turkey (4K Landscape Series) features stunning and spectacular images and drone footage great for travel, visit, and tourism planning set to original music. Cappadocia, which means 'the Land of Beautiful Horses', is a historical region in Central Anatolia, largely in the Nevşehir, Kayseri, Aksaray, Kırşehir, Sivas and Niğde provinces in Turkey.

According to Herodotus, in the time of the Ionian Revolt (499 BC), the Cappadocians were reported as occupying a region from Mount Taurus to the vicinity of the Euxine (Black Sea). Cappadocia, in this sense, was bounded in the south by the chain of the Taurus Mountains that separate it from Cilicia, to the east by the upper Euphrates, to the north by Pontus, and to the west by Lycaonia and eastern Galatia.

The name, traditionally used in Christian sources throughout history, continues in use as an international tourism concept to define a region of exceptional natural wonders, in particular characterized by fairy chimneys and a unique historical and cultural heritage.

The area is a popular tourist destination, as it has many areas with unique geological, historic, and cultural features.

Touristic Cappadocia includes four cities: Nevşehir, Kayseri, Aksaray and Niğde.

The region is located southwest of the major city Kayseri, which has airline and railway service to Ankara and Istanbul and other cities.

The most important towns and destinations in Cappadocia are Ürgüp, Göreme, Ihlara Valley, Selime, Guzelyurt, Uçhisar, Avanos and Zelve. Among the most visited underground cities are Derinkuyu, Kaymakli, Gaziemir and Ozkonak. The best historic mansions and cave houses for tourist stays are in Ürgüp, Göreme, Guzelyurt and Uçhisar.

Hot-air ballooning is very popular in Cappadocia and is available in Göreme. Trekking is enjoyed in Ihlara Valley, Monastery Valley (Guzelyurt), Ürgüp and Göreme.

Sedimentary rocks formed in lakes and streams and ignimbrite deposits that erupted from ancient volcanoes approximately nine to three million years ago, during the late Miocene to Pliocene epochs, underlie the Cappadocia region. The rocks of Cappadocia near Göreme eroded into hundreds of spectacular pillars and minaret-like forms.
