Top 5 Unexpected Places to Visit in Everett, WA
We went exploring the town of Everett Washington and the surrounding area for a day. We found there is a great mix of activities for all interests and age groups. Everett is located in the Pacific Northwest about 30 minutes north of Seattle Washington on highway 5, or about 2 hours south of the Canadian border.
So many people who visit Everett go to shop at the Tulalip Outlet Mall or to tour the Boeing airplane factory, but there is much more to see. We want to show you the lighthouse we visited, the bakery, downtown, Port of Everett, and arboretum. We also made a stop at one of the coolest toy stores we’ve ever seen, the Funko headquarters.

Spring time and flowers are blooming, we went back to Mount Vernon Washington for their annual Tulip festival, this year we went to visit Tulip town for a change, because we usually go to Roozengaarde farm every year , Its a quaint and beautiful farm good for old people and kids because it's a lot smaller and they also feature trolley ride for who has mobility issue. we had a great time exploring the farm and had a good expression with this farm. The largest holiday lights display in Washington state and twice as big as last year, with a massive showcase of more than six million holiday lights brightening the winter sky starting at 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 22. Seasonal displays will adorn Tulalip Resort Casino (with 4.2 million lights alone!), Quil Ceda Village, Tulalip Bingo & Slots and Quil Ceda Village Retail Center, and will be on display through January 15, 2024.
“Tulalip Lights” is located along Interstate 5 and accessible at westbound exits 200 or 202. The event is presented by Quil Ceda Village at Tulalip, WA. Viewing of all the lighting displays is free to the public.
When all you want is everything, in addition to the massive lights display – which rivals some of the largest in the nation – fun things to do for those in the holiday spirit, an outdoor ice skating rink, holiday marketplace, visits by iconic holiday characters, and more.
