The cult-memorial complex of Sultan Saodat, Termez.
Sultan Saodat Ensemble (12-15th centuries) – A memorial complex of mausoleums and mosques built over a long period of time, Sultan Saodat holds the graves of the great Sayyid dynasty of Termez.
The most ancient part was a three-part frontal opening the southwest part of the complex to the courtyard side. Here are located two large one- chambered, square-domed mausoleums.
The magnificent ensemble was distinguished for its ancient group of mausoleums, homogenous in composition and decor though built in different style.

Itchan Kala
Itchan-Kala adalah sebuah komplek yang dikelilingi oleh tembok benteng dan berada di salah satu kota tertua di Uzbekistan yaitu Khiva, wilayah Khwarizm. Sudah berumur ribuan tahun, kota ini merupakan salah satu situs cagar budaya yang dilindungi oleh UNESCO. Menjadi salah satu tempat persinggahan yang penting karena berada di jalur Sutra. Para pedagang dan rombongan karavan singgah di kota ini sebagai tempat peristirahatan terakhir sebelum melewati gurun pasir menuju Persia.
Memiliki luas lebih dari 26 hektar dengan 51 situs dan monumen bersejarah didalamnya, sekarang menjadi museum terbuka. Lebih dari 300 keluarga hidup di dalam kota ini dengan sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai pengrajin dan seniman. Itchan-Kala sekarang selain menjadi museum, kita juga dapat menemukan berbagai souvenir dan bazar serta hotel di dalamnya yang menjadi pelengkap jika berkunjung ke situs ini.
Terdapat juga berbagai rumah, ruang resepsi, masjid hingga mausoleum yang menjadikan kota ini kental dengan sejarahnya. Keunikan kota ini bukan hanya pada monumen atau situsnya secara individu, namun komposisi kota yang menciptakan harmonisasi antara sejarah dan masa kini.

Terletak di tengah Itchan-Kala, Masjid Djuma adalah salah satu masjid yang berada di dalam kota ini dan menjadi masjid yang tertua dan bersejarah. Menurut ahli geografi Arab al-Mukaddasy, Masjid Djuma dibangun pada abad ke-10.
Menurut data sejarawan Munis, masjid tersebut dibangun kembali dengan dana sumbangan khan, di bawah bimbingan salah satu pejabat tertinggi khanatnya -Abdurakhman Mekhtar pada akhir abad ke-18. Bangunan asli satu lantai ini, tanpa portal, lengkungan, kubah dan ornamen apapun, merepresentasikan aula besar dengan luas dengan atap datar, dengan tiga sumur ringan dan 213 tiang kayu berukir sebagai penyangga. Tiang penyangga masjid memiliki motif ukiran dan usia yang berbeda-beda. Dua diantaranya sudah berumuh lebih dari seribu tahun. Hal unik lainnya dalam masjid ini adalah system pengeras suara yang bergantung pada lubang-lubang yang ada di dinding masjid sehingga suara imam terdengar oleh seluruh Jemaah masjid.
Tiang penyangga dengan jumlah yang banyak ini menjadi ciri khas dari masjid Djuma. Ketika sore hari sinar matahari masuk ke dalam masjid dan menciptakan suasana tenang dan mempercantik interior masjid. Meskipun sudah tidak berfungsi sebagai masjid, namun kita tetap bisa beribadah atau menunaikan sholat disalah satu sisi Masjid. Masjid Djuma menjadi salah satu situs yang wajib dikunjungi Ketika berada di dalam kota Itchan-Kala.
