The best way how to get from Barcelona to Tarragona is to take the train, bus or car.
Discover Tarragona by leaving Barcelona around 9 am and going back at 6 pm.
-By Train - 1h:10 min (8 - 12 EUR If you book your ticket 1 week in advance)
-By Bus - 1h:40 min (7 - 10 EUR If you book your ticket 1 week in advance)
-By Car - 1h
*I would suggest taking the bus for both ways, because in the evening when you want to leave Tarragona by train there is a chance of limited seating, so be ready to stand 1h on the train. Therefore, if you take the bus you are going to get the seat number so the seat is guaranteed.
*Keep in mind that on Sunday Tarragona is a bit quiet, meaning that most of the places close in the afternoon. That is why you should consider going there early in the morning in order to catch not only sightseeing but also free tickets for Museu d'art modern de Tarragona.

We're Meghan & Matt, two travelers from the United States on a journey to travel 1,000,000 miles! For 2 years, we lived in our self converted van and traveled all over North America! During this time, we caught the travel bug, HARD. So we set a goal to travel one million miles! Now, we’re hiking, biking, driving, flying and even training around the world to discover as much as possible! Recently, we sold our van and packed up our lives into bags and boarded a one way flight to Europe, leaving behind no house, no car and not even a house/car. From now on, we will be living our of suitcases and traveling full time. How long is this lifestyle going to last? I️ guess you’re going to have to subscribe and follow along to find out!

This video highlights a quick visit to the old medieval seaside town of Tarragona which is located in Catalonia, in the north-eastern region of Spain.
So many ancient ruins, Roman architecture, and churches to visit.
Tarragona old town also was a set location for several Games of Thrones episodes.
This video was shot on a mobile phone, years before I used a proper video camera for the first time. Still I wanted to upload this and look back on it in the future,
