Completed villa project in Silivri Istanbul | Villa construction in Turkey
Silivri villa project started in 2022 and is located in the Kavaklı district of Silivri. It was built as a basement + 2 floors in a total of 1000 m2 land.
60×60 ceramics were used on the ground floor. On the upper floors, 15 mm laminate flooring is preferred. All doors are lacquered. In addition, the bedroom cabinets are MDF and membrane coating. Our windows are double-opening special production of a German company.
We aimed for a modern look in our furniture preferences. Therefore, our kitchen furniture is also made in lacquer. We also gave our villa a marble look by using Italian paint on the living room and kitchen walls.
We built an overflow pool and fire pit in our garden. We used ceramic sheathing for the exterior. Thus, we gave our villa a modern look. In addition, we have increased the aesthetic appearance of our villa by using stone cladding on the balcony columns.
During the construction process, we spent 10 months in total, including rough construction and fine construction, after the license was obtained. Due to the effect of the winter months, we had some difficulties during the construction process, but we successfully completed our project.

Silivri, formerly Selymbria (Greek: Σηλυμβρία), is a city and a district in Istanbul Province along the Sea of Marmara in Turkey, outside the urban core of Istanbul, containing many holiday and weekend homes for residents of the city. The largest settlement in the district is also named Silivri.
Silivri is located bordering Büyükçekmece to the east, Çatalca to the north, Çorlu and Marmara Ereğli (both districts of Tekirdağ Province) to the west, Çerkezköy to the north-west (one of Tekirdağ Province) and with the Sea of Marmara to the south. It is, with an area of 760 km2 (290 sq mi), the second largest district of Istanbul Province after Çatalca. The seat of the district is the city of Silivri.
The district consists of 8 towns and 18 villages. It has a population of 155,923 (2013 census) with 75,702 in the city of Silivri and the remaining in the surrounding towns and villages – listed below.
Established in 2008, Turkey's most modern (and Europe's largest) prison complex is located 9 km (5.6 mi) west of Silivri.

Tarlabasi Istanbul is the most dangerous part of Istanbul.
The most dangerous area in istanbul [TARLABASI] is just minutes away from Taxim Square - Istiklal Caddesi. While walking around Tarlabasi District iv met one guy saying to don't film as is dangerous and once I turned the camera towards him, he hide himself and I covered the camera Lents with my hand.
Honest at the beginning of the video I was sceptical about Tarlabasi been a dangerous area, but after the guy told me to don't film I got kind of scared so I decided to make the video short.
