Sip chai in dhabas, soak in the natural beauty of the UNESCO Juniper forest, and tour every room of the residency where Pakistan's founder, Quaid e Azam, retreated from Karachi in June 1948 and spent almost the last 70 days of his life.

Later, the British laid out plans for Railways and made Sibi famous places an important post. Sandemandabad was the name of a new town of British. The popular British officer who ruled Dera Ghazi Khan and had organized pacts with Khan of Kalat to establish ties with Baloch chiefs of tribal. The history of this town about to 13th century and some beautiful places in Sibi are quite a site to visit. During British rule, the town became an important junction on the Sindh-Peshin railway where the Harnai line and the Quetta loop line meet. Balochistan, Pakistan | Quetta to Sibi Day Trip
The drive from Quetta to Sibi is the perfect day trip for a lovely day spent in the rugged mountains of Balochistan. This vlog was originally supposed to be all about a nearby UNESCO site but things did not turn out as they should. But the silver lining is that now we all know that halfway between Quetta and Sibi there is the perfect SECRET SPOT for the most breathtaking picnic, at a runoff of the pretty Bolan River. The drive to Sibi by car takes about 2.5 hours and you'll find wonderful dhabas to stop for chai along the way.

Pakistan | Most Scenic Train Balochistan Quetta to Sibi via Bolan Pass Tunnels
The most famous train ride in Balochistan, Pakistan -- from my eyes -- is the historic rail journey that was built by the British through the 22 mountain tunnels of the Bolan Pass in Balochistan from Quetta to Sibi. It's a gorgeous ride that puts you 'at one' with the desolation of the desert and its wonderful landscapes. I did this trip with Balochistan's original vlogger Saif from the YouTube channel BALOCHISTAN: LAND OF BEAUTY It was supposed to happen back in January and we finally did it now in the spring!
The history of the Bolan Pass train starts back as early back as the 1880s. 22 tunnels were dug through the mountains to link Quetta to Sibi but because of floods they kept losing the tracks. In the end it was built through hard work and determination.
Today, this journey takes around 4.5 hours and moves passengers through some of the prettiest landscapes and narrowest tunnels imaginable. Come along with me and Saif for a fun-filled, family-friendly experience.

Nari is located 20 kilometers from Sibi city and its take you 40 minutes to reach Nari Dam. Nari irrigation system is one of the oldest irrigation systems in Balochistan, which is contructed during the British era in 1917.
