Takoradi is a beautiful city in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolitan assembly and the capital of the Western region of Ghana.
The town has so many amazing things to boast of as it is also blessed with an overhead bridge, the first of it kind in the region which is still under construction. We are going to show you aerial videos of some selected areas of the town.

Also, an Ahanta town, it was the site of Dutch Fort Witsen (in 1665) and has an important deep water seaport, Ghana’s first, built in 1928.

Takoradi houses the harbor and has timber, energy and technology industries. Over the years it has attracted a good number of investors, including miners, as the city is close to the mining towns in the western part of Ghana.
Takoradi has a beach which many are found at the west of the town. The town has a popular street canival which is popular to tourists .
The town also has a tropical Savana climate.
The town is blessed with the Gyandu park for sports activities with the Region having the famous Essipong stadium.

Sekondi-Takoradi Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium opened in 2008 and has a capacity of 20,000 spectators. It is primarily used for football matches and serves as the home stadium of Sekondi Hasaacas FC. The stadium hosted some matches during the 2008 African Cup of Nations.

In today's vlog I took the TRAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN GHANA.
I TOOK THE TRAIN IN THE WESTERN REGION OF GHANA SPECIFICALLY SEKONDI TO TAKORADI.
MY TRAIN RIDE was interesting.
The train ride is 2 cedis for adults and 1 cedi for students.
The train system in Ghana has been in operation for 5 years now and it operates morning and evening.
It is fair to say that the TRAIN RIDE IS THE CHEAPEST TRANSPORTATION IN GHANA.
I will love everyone to have this experience.

In this video (Top Things To Do In Ghana, Top Tourist Places In Ghana, Nzulezo) we went to Nzulezo (Western part of Ghana). It is about 3 hours drive from Takoradi. We booked a boat tour and traveled about 20 minutes to Nzulezo village with Red Cross students. This is nice beach front property with many houses on the lake. Many amenities in Nzulezo includes: worship, library, hotel (guest house), school, club, washrooms, various shops etc. It is worth checking it out. Highly recommended.

A 4K first episode video drive tour of Takoradi city in the Efia Kwesimintsim Municipal and Sekondi Takoradi Municipal District in the Western Region of Ghana.
From the Nana Nketsia IV street at Apolo in the Efia Kwesimintsim Municipal, we drove and passed the Baj Freight and Logistics, Kingstel Hotel onto the N1 Kwame Nkrumah Boulevard.
Driving on the N1 , we passed the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School, Freeman Methodist church, Kwesimintsim Primary and JHS, Kwakwaduam Hotel, Kwesimintim Police Station, Hotel Messiah, Little Woode Montessori Child Care,Takoradi Military Cemetery, Takoradi Airport to the Takoradi Interchange.
Driving around the Takoradi Interchange , we headed and passed the Edzii Goil Gas station, Takoradi Jubilee Park, Takoradi Islamic Cemetery, Mount Olive Methodist Church, Lagos town junction where we branched right onto the Kwamina Ntsin avenue.
Driving on the Kwamina Ntsin avenue, we passed ATH Local Kitchen, THE Sanctuary Montesori Premium Campus and Super Hideout Bakery in Lagos town where we ended the journey.
