Santa Cristina d'Aro
Cette belle et spacieuse demeure est située dans le Golf de Catalogne, très réputé, à Santa Cristina d'Aro.
Construite sur une parcelle de 3500 m2, la maison offre une surface de 700m2, divisée en trois niveaux.
Le RDC, tout de sol en marbre, est composé d'une entrée, d'un grand salon avec à la fois un espace TV et un espace cheminée, d'une salle à manger qui donne accès directement à la cuisine et à la terrasse côté piscine.
Les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur le jardin et la piscine de 11m par 5. La vue sur les pinèdes, la ville de Platja d'Aro et la mer est imprenable.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tout l'électroménager vient d'être remplacé par un équipement moderne.
Une salle d'arrière cuisine offre également un pièce de service avec chambre et salle de douche.
Vous trouverez trois chambres au RDC, chacune ayant sa salle de bain et son dressing.
Au premier étage, la chambre principale en suite avec Jaccuzy, douche et WC est entourée de balcons.
Une autre chambre, actuellement utilisée comme salle de lecture dispose également de sa propre salle de bain.
Le sous-sol est impressionnant!
Après la salle des machines (isolée acoustiquement), vous découvrirez un grand bureau avec espace salon, pour travailler au calme avec la vue sur le jardin.
Ensuite, une grande aire de jeu, sport et détente vous offre une salle de ping-pong, flipper et gym, un sauna, un vestiaire avec une douche, WC et lavabo, une salle de billard et cinema et enfin pour les plus sportifs une salle de squash tout à fait dans les normes sportives!
La maison a été très bien conçue. Elle reste bien fraiche en été car le soleil n'atteint pas directement les fenêtres du fait que la maison soit entourée de terrasses et de balcons couverts.
Plusieurs réservoirs récupèrent les eaux de pluie afin d'alimenter l'arrosage automatique du jardin verdoyant.
Un garage couvert peut accueillir quatre voitures et un box fermé peut en accueillir une supplémentaire ou être converti en une suite supplémentaire au RDC.
Venez vite visiter les lieux, si vous souhaitez de l'espace, non loin de la mer sur la Costa Brava tout en ayant une grande intimité, du calme et aucun vis-à vis!

Tossa de Mar is a municipality belonging to the county of La Selva, in the province of Girona, on the Costa Brava so this is a perfect place to enjoy its beaches.In the bay of Tossa is a small promontory on the beach, in which a medieval walled city lies, called the Vila Vella, who has seven round towers. Empuriabrava (Ampuriabrava in Spanish) is one of the most unusual towns along the Costa Brava.Sporting nearly 24 kilometers (15 miles)1 of canals, and 5,000 private jetties, Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in the world. They call itself “the largest Marina in the world “, an area with more water ways than even Venice. Whether this is a fact remains to be proved. Empuriabrava, however, has an immense number of canals, where boat owners have their own private moorings in front of their houses.Empuriabrava was built on a swamp in 1968 (at that time still Ampuriabrava). Today the place covers an area of over 503 hectares, about 10 % of the total area are canals or port, and this probably counts primarily for the popularity of the resort. From the tiniest boat to the biggest cruising yacht, everything can be found here.

It borders with Calonge to the north, Santa Cristina d'Aro to the west, Sant Feliu to the south and the Coast to the East. Castell-Platja d'Aro occupies the eastern end of the Vall d'Aro, a narrow plain drained by the river Ridaura and located between the Mountain ranges of Cadiretes and southern end of the Gavarres. Platja d'Aro was originally a small fishing village on the highway between Palamós and Sant Feliu de Guíxols with a 2 km long beach. It is now a major tourist resort with hotels and other commercial premises.
