Visiting Costa Brava is really an excellent way to
unwind, relax and take in some stunning coastal views
It has some great food, it has wonderful small seaside villages
Great beaches, I can understand why it was named one of the top destinations in the
world.
get off the highway and make your way to the coastal drive
the smaller roads take you to these interesting places
but they're also a really fun to drive
Woohoo road trip
we're here in Tossa de Mar and I gotta
say if you are driving Costa Brava or
Visiting Costa Brava
this is definitely one of the places
that you have to come. It's a beautiful
seaside village, it has a lot a great hotels
and an absolutely gorgeous beach.
Another great stop in Costa Brava is
Sant Feliu de Guixols. This is a town that's on the coast
it's beautiful and known for the 10th century monastery that's right behind us.
You can go in, give it a tour and check out the museum that's in there as well.
Just one of the great historic things that are along the drive here in Costa Brava
So we're here in the town of Port Lligat just outside of Cadaques
and we're up on the North Eastern tip of Costa Brava
and the hightlight of this town is going to the
Salvador Dali house where Dali himself
lived and decorated and designed it all himself
so make your reservations before hand online and don't be stuck like us

another thing that you have to do
when you come here to Costa Brava is
it hike coastal trail
this is just the best way to get the
feel for it
the landscape. As you can see behind me, the views are

absolutely stunning no matter where you. Yeah the Coastal Trail runs
the entire Costa Brava Coast, it's well marked

and I suggest just staying in a city and doing day trips back and forth.

NO WATER sources and NO PLACE to CAMP on GR92!? | Sant Feliu de Guixols to Tossa de Mar Day 15

For the Day 15 of GR92 the plan was to hike from Sant Feliu de Guixols to Tossa de Mar doing 17 to 20kms in total. We knew it was one of the challenging days because of quite significant elevation changes climbing at least 560m up and the same distance down. But also of course we knew that the trail couldn't be that straightforward and overall it will go up and down quite a bit. So it was the day when we went away from the seaside and would hike almost all of the distance in the mountains going through the mountain range Massif de les Cadiretes.

In my opinion, this is the best summer urban hiking trail in Spain. Of course, my Spain experience is small but still, from my previous experiences across Europe, this looks like an urban hike that I should highly recommend. It is easy, well groomed, magnificent views, relaxing. It has all it takes to help you relax and feel like enjoying life without the extra effort of hikes in the middle of nowhere at high altitude with all the danger possible surrounding you.

The Collegiate Church of St. Felix is a basilica dedicated to St. Felix in the Spanish city of Girona, dating to the early days of Christianity. It houses the offices of the Parish of Sant Feliu, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Girona, so called because it was the main church of Girona before the construction of the cathedral.

Esglesia de Sant Feliu construction, in honor of Felix of Girona (Sant Feliu), occurred from the 12th century until the 17th century. It retains much of the Romanesque construction, completed later with a Gothic nave and a covered baroque facade.

Esglesia de Sant Feliu is notable for its eight Roman and early Christian sarcophagi of the 3rd and 4th centuries, along with the Gothic tomb of Narcissus of Girona who, according to tradition, was one of the early bishops of the see.
