In Anomabo, you can find the 'Heroes Garden'. This garden entails the 'Memorial Garden of Return' and the 'Year of Return Ghana' .
The 'The Memorial Garden of Return' is dedicated to some heroes who have contributed immensely to the growth of the Gold Coast and Ghana.
These heroes include;
-Dr. James Emman Kwegyir Aggrey,
-Nana Amonu IV,
-George Ekem Ferguson
It was constructed by the then Development Chief of Anomabo and was formally called 'Heroes Park'.
The other section of the garden, which is the 'Year of Return Ghana' also has statues of our brothers and sisters in the diaspora who discovered their roots in Ghana and came back during the Year of Return in 2019.
The history about the contributions those heroes are worth highlighting and this site is a must visit for all.

KAKUM RAIN FOREST BEST TRIP IN GHANA MAKE WE TRAVEL EPISODE 1
Kakum National Park, located in the coastal environs of the Central Region of Ghana,covers an area of 375 square kilometres (145 sq mi). Established in 1931 as a reserve, it was gazetted as a national park only in 1992 after an initial survey of avifauna was conducted. The area is covered with tropical forest.The uniqueness of this park lies in the fact that it was established at the initiative of the local people and not by the State Department of wildlife who are responsible for wildlife preservation in Ghana. It is one of only 3 locations in Africa with a canopy walkway, which is 350 metres (1,150 ft) long and connects seven tree tops which provides access to the forest.

Salt Pond Beach Park is one of the best beaches on the south side of Kauai, Hawaii
Salt Pond Beach Park is located on the south side of Kauai. This beautiful beach has plenty of parking, bathrooms, pavilions with picnic tables, and a big grassy area to hang out. This is a great beach for swimming and snorkeling as there is a coral reef that blocks the big waves. There are 3 swimming areas. The baby pond on the far west side of the beach, the main bay, and farthest area that backs up to the airport. The airport side of the beach is very calm and the best spot for snorkeling. We loved this beach and would highly recommend it on your next trip to Kauai!

The region has a coastline of 150Km, and is the longest coastline in #Ghana.
Famous for its palm-fringed beaches, fascinating fishing villages, #historical towns and rich natural attractions. It is also the former government center of the Gold Coast.
The local coastline is also famous for its ancient forts and castles, built by early European traders. Four of them – Cape Coast Castle, Elmina Castle, Fort Amsterdam and Fort St Jago are Unesco World Heritage Sites.
The region contains some powerful reminders of the slave trade era
