Port Huron, Michigan is located at the start of the St. Clair River, and at the very southern tip of Lake Huron. Directly across the St. Clair River from Port Huron is the city of Sarnia, Ontario. Port Huron doesn't have the best economy these days, but it sits in a beautiful area as Lake Huron has many great beaches nearby, and the color of the water is a nice shade of blue... hence the nickname of the region, the Blue Water Area.
