Hoy les quiero compartir una experiencia más... Camilo me ha invitado a conocer Piedecuesta, Santander y me ha llevado a dos lugares muy lindos! No solo eso, tambien tuve la suerte de conocer a su familia y bueno aprender un poco acerca de la cultura Santanderiana.
Dato curioso: Mi abuela por parte de mamá es de Santander y apesar de que tengo familia allí, nunca había ido.
Cosas Importantes:
Fuimos en flota/bus... este viaje dura entre 6-8 horas. Así que lleven comida, musica o un buen compañero de viaje para charlar. ???????? Pueden viajar de noche como nosotros.
- Nuestra primera parada fue el mirador... Para llegar a este hermoso lugar tienen que ubicar San Cristobal 5ta etapa pueden preguntar a la gente, ellos son muy amables.
- Para llegar a la cascada tienen que llegar a cabecera y de ahí subir hasta la finca El Caney ellos solo cobran $3.000 para que ustedes puedan bajar y disfrutar del rio y de ese hermoso lugar...

Today I want to share one more experience with you... Camilo has invited me to visit Piedecuesta, Santander and has taken me to two very nice places! Not only that, I was also lucky enough to meet his family and to learn a little bit about the culture.
Fun fact: My grandmother on my mother's side is from Santander and despite the fact that I have family there, I had never been there.
Important things:
We went by bus... this trip lasts between 6-8 hours. So bring food, music or a good travel companion to chat with. ???????? you can also travel at night like us.
- Our first stop was the viewpoint... To get to this beautiful place, you have to locate San Cristobal 5ta etapa you can ask people, they are very kind.
- To get to the waterfall you have to get to Cabecera and from there go up to the farm El Caney they only charge $3,000 so that you can go down and enjoy the river and that beautiful place...

Piedecuesta es un municipio colombiano del departamento de Santander. Se encuentra a 17 km de Bucaramanga, formando parte de su área metropolitana por su parte
Santa Bárbara es un municipio ubicado en el departamento de Santander, Colombia, perteneciente a la provincia Metropolitana, Las tierras donde el municipio se encuentra ubicado actualmente fueron inicialmente habitadas por los indios Chitareros. En 1903, Clímaco Ortiz fundó el corregimiento de Santa Bárbara, que posteriormente fue nombrado municipio por medio de la ordenanza #24 del 29 de noviembre de 1976. El pueblo era inicialmente llamado Suaque.
