Persembe Yaylası / Ordu hakkında genel bilgiler
Bugün Amasya'dan ayrılıp Doğu Karadeniz'e doğru yola çıkıyorum. Yolculuğum yaklaşık 4 saat kadar sürüyor. Bu akşam yaylada kamp atıp, ertesi gün erkenden gezmeye başlamayı planlıyorum. Bugün ki durak; Perşembe Yaylası.
Sabah kalktığım gibi gezmeye çıkıyorum. Benim gibi çok sayıda kampçıyla karşılaşıyorum. Kampçılar için belirli bir alan belirlenmemiş, herkes istediği yerde kamp yapabiliyor. Hemen hemen tüm gruplar çaya/kahvaltıya davet ediyorlar. Şansım yaver gidiyor ve tesadüfen Aybastı'lı arkadaşlarla tanışıyorum.
Ordu il sınırları içerisinde yer alan Perşembe Yaylası, Ordu Merkez'e 110, Aybastı'ya ise 20 kilometre uzaklıkta olup, 1500 rakımda bulunmaktadır. Yolları tek şerit asfalt olup, ulaşımı kolaydır. Buranın yüksekliğinden dolayı hava durumu ani değişiklikler gösterebiliyor. Bu yüzden buraya gelecek arkadaşlar bu duruma hazırlıklı olarak gelmeliler.
Perşembe Yaylası'nın menderesleriyle ünlü olduğunu öğrendim. Hatta dünya mirası olarak korumaya alınması için işlemlerin başlatıldığını söyleyenler oldu. Menderes, bir akarsuyun ova düzlüklerinde oluşturduğu kıvrımlara deniyor. İşte bu kıvrımlardan Perşembe Yaylası’nda bolca var.
Buraya tepeden baktığınızda, sanki muazzam bir şekilde örtülmüş halı görüyorsunuz. Menderes denilen olay yayla üzerindeki S şeklindeki kıvrımlarmış. Menderes'in ne demek olduğunu ben de burada öğrendim.
Perşembe Yaylası aynı zamanda şenlikleriyle de ünlü biryer. Her yıl temmuz ayında düzenlenen bu şenliklerde folklor, güreş müsabakaları, konserler ve kültürel etkinlikler yapılmaktadır. Bu etkinlikler buraya olan talebi arttırmış, artan talep ise buradaki olanakları arttırmış. Öncesinde imkanlar sınırlıyken, günümüzde çok daha fazla durumda. Fakat buna rağmen yine de talebe yetişemedikleri oluyormuş. Mesela otellerde yer olmaması gibi.
Burada tanışmış olduğum arkadaşlar sayesinde harika vakit geçirdim. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Perşembe Yaylası her ne kadar küçük bir bölge olup, fazla bir aktivite imkanı sunmasa da, mükemmel doğası sayesinde bölgede en çok tercih edilen yerlerden biri. Ben bu tarz yerleri görünce bir yandan seviniyor, bir yandan da üzülüyorum. Belli ki burası daha tam olarak keşfedilmemiş, yani mahvedilmemiş bir yer. Ama muhtemelen birgün burayı keşfedeceğiz, sonra mahvedeceğiz. Sonra başka yerler aramaya başlayacağız, bulacağız orayı da mahvedeceğiz. Yani bu şekilde sürecekmiş gibi hissediyorum. Ama umarım yanılırım. Şimdilik buradan söyleyeceklerim bu kadar, kendinize çok iyi bakın, görüşmek üzere arkadaşlar.

Perşembe Plateau is a high meadow, one of the biggest tourist attractions in the area, located 20 km from the town of Aybasti. Under snow in winter but popular with walkers and trekkers in summer, when there are folklore festivals and country fairs in the 3rd week of July.

About Ordu:
Ordu (formerly Kotyora) is located on the southern coast of the Black Sea in Turkey and has about 224,100 inhabitants.
This center of hazelnut cultivation was once even an active advertising medium for Nutella. But compared to the neighboring towns, the history and sights seem rather unspectacular at first glance. Ordu is a stop for explorers...
Ordu, too, was probably once founded in the 7th century by Milesian settlers at the foot of the Boztepe. The original name was Kotyora. In the 14th century the center of the village was moved 5 km, but this lasted only four centuries. After that the center of the village was moved to the Boztepe again. Since then Ordu developed splendidly thanks to the hazelnut cultivation.

We have loved exploring the beautiful seaside town of Avaylik, full of cats and cobbled streets, its definitely worth a visit for the Bazaar area alone!! Overlanding all the way from UK through Europe to Turkey has been a very enriching and humbling experience so far.

After building our DIY home in a Citroen Relay camper we spent a year living on the streets of London before quitting our jobs only to be met with lockdown. Then we spent the next two months enjoying vanlife in Croatia before heading onto Serbia for a month and on towards Turkey where we currently are

Ayrıca Karabatak kuşlarının Türkiye de yuva yaptığı tek yer olma özelliğini taşıyor. Perşembe merkez ilçeden burası yaklasik 15 km olup sizi Karadeniz'in eşsiz doğasına aşık edecek harika bir yerdir. Keyifli seyirler.
Hoynat Island is a wonderful place with its unique nature and view, located within the borders of the Persembe district of Ordu. In the past, it is known as a place where sailors sometimes come and stay.
It is also the only place where Cormorant birds nest in Turkey. It is about 15 km from the central district of Persembe. It is a wonderful place that will make you fall in love with the unique nature of the Black Sea. Have fun watching.

Perşembe İlçesi, Ordu-Samsun karayolu üzerinde, tabii bir koy durumunda, şirin bir #sahil #kasaba 'sıdır..
Kuzeyinde Karadeniz, doğusunda Ordu merkez ilçesi Altınordu , batısında Fatsa , güneyinde Ulubey ilçeleri bulunmaktadır. İlçe, #kordon #tepe adlı küçük, fakat oldukça dik bir tepenin eteğine kurulmuştur.
İlçenin Ordu merkezine uzaklığı 13 km’dir. Yüzölçümü ise 224 km2 olup, 2021 nüfusu ise 31.600’dür.
Perşembe limanı, Doğu Karadeniz’in ikinci büyük ve tabii limanı durumundadır. Perşembe’nin en önemli yükseltisi 735 m rakımlı #sakarat Tepesi’dir. Bu yüksekliği ile Sakarat Tepesi sahil şeridinin en yüksek tepelerinden biri olma özelliğine sahiptir.
Karadeniz’in eşsiz güzellikteki doğal liman kentlerinden biri olan Perşembe, Trabzon-Samsun sahil yolu üzerinde olmasından dolayı Orta ve Doğu Karadeniz’den hareket eden bütün araçlar ilçeden geçmektedir. Perşembe ile Ordu arasındaki karayolu 1945 yılına kadar yoktu. Ulaşım deniz yolu ile yapılmaktaydı.
Perşembe, Tipik Karadeniz iklimine sahiptir. Yeşil bitki örtüsünün yoğunluğu ile bölgenin ayrıca nemli ve yağışlı olan havası arasında bir ilişki bulunmaktadır. Kış ayları normal yağışlı ve ılımandır. Yaz aylarında hava sıcaklığı 25-30 derece arasında değişmektedir. Bitki örtüsü bakımından, devamlı şekilde çeşitli bitkilerle kaplıdır.
Perşembe’de arazinin engebeli oluşuna karşı, köylerde oturanlar çevrelerindeki ekileblir her karış toprağı sürüp, değerlendirmektedirler. İlçe topraklarının genel görünümü engebelidir. Fazla yüksek olmayan tepeler derin ve dik vadilerle birbirinden ayrılmıştır. Tepeler kıyıya dik bir şekilde inerek zaten girintili çıkıntılı olan sahilde ufak koylar meydana getirmiştir. Arazinin eğimli olması fındıktan başka ürünler yetiştirmeyi sınırlamaktadır. Nispeten düz alanlarda mısır yetiştiriciliği ile küçük alanlarda sebze tarımı yapılmaktadır.
Perşembe topraklarında iki önemli kara çıkıntısı görülür. Bunlardan Kuzeyde uzun bir kara parçası olarak denize doğru uzanan Yason Burnu, ki burada parantez açmak isterim. Yason Burnu ileriki günlerde başlı başına bir video olacaktır. Diğeri ise derin ve dik bir koyun üzerindeki Çam Burnu’dur. Bu kara parçaları Perşembe limanını karayel rüzgârlarından korumaktadır.
Ordu’nun en gözde ilçelerinden bir tanesi olan Perşembe, tarihi, doğal ve turistik mekanları sayesinde her sene yerli ve yabancı on binlerce turistin uğrak noktası haline gelmiştir. Tatilciler; Perşembe gezilerinde doğa ile iç içe bir gün geçirebilir, temiz havanın ve denizin keyfini sürebilir.
Perşembe ilçesini gezintiye çıkan gezginler, burada bulunan Kordon Tepe, Yason Burnu, Harmanada Çaka ve #hoynat #ada sı’nı gezintiye çıkabilir.
Ordu ili Perşembe ilçesi kıyılarında bulunan Hoynat Adası duvarlarla çevrilmiş bir pazaryeri görünümündedir.
Fenikelilerden kaldığı düşünülen surlarıyla çevre halkların alışveriş yaptıkları, panayırlar kurdukları küçük bir pazaryeriydi.
Hoynat Kalesinin denizden yüksekliği 10-12 metredir. Orta yerinde bir su sarnıcı vardır. Adanın kıyıya uzaklığı 100 m kadardır. Halk arasında buranın adı Kilise Kalesi’dir.
Martı ve #karabatak kuşlarının yaşadığı kuş cenneti olarak görülen Koynat, aynı zamanda Tepeli Karabatakların Türkiye’de yuva yaptığı tek yer olarak bilinir.
Önemli Kuş Alanı olarak ada 2006 yılında tamamen koruma altına alınmıştır. Kuş gözlem alanı olarak da ilçeye önemli bir doğal yaşam alanı olan ada çevresel etki alanları ile her mevsim gezilip görülmeye değerdir.

We made this video walking at Meltem’s Thursday Market/Perşembe Pazarı in Antalya’s Muratpaşa district. The address is Soğuksu, Hamidiye Cd. No:64, 07030 Muratpaşa/Antalya.
This market is a very big outdoor one - probably one of the biggest ones we have so far seen here in Antalya. The vendors at this market are friendly and happy to chat so this is a great market to visit if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere while shopping at a busy street market.

Uzun uzun konuştuk ve yanın da sevimli mi sevimli yoldaş isim bir köpek dostu ve üç adet yavrusu ile yolculuğunu tamamlamak istiyor. Kendisini 81 il de 81 fidan projesine adamış ve Manisa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, İstanbul derken tüm Karadeniz sahil sehirlerini yürüyerek Ordu' ya kadar gelmişti. Böyle biri ile tanışmanın mutluluğu ve bu anı ölümsüz hale getirmek için birlikte bir video çekmeye karar verdik.

Marmaris is one of the biggest resort areas in Turkey. The population of this tourist destination increases about 10 times in the summer months as it becomes absolute tourist heaven.
This time we will be having a look at the Marmaris town itself as well as visit the Peninsulas just west of the town and try to see for ourselves why is this area such a popular Turkish holiday destination.
We will discover the archeological site of Knidos, a Lovely town of Datca, and of course visit some of the well-known beaches of the area.
We have been in Turkey for almost a month now, living the van life.
