LAHORE
Lahore لاہور, is the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab. It is the country's second-most populous city after Karachi. Lahore is one of Pakistan's wealthiest cities, with an estimated GDP of $58.14 billion (PPP) as of 2015. Lahore is the largest city and historic cultural centre of the wider Punjab region, and is one of Pakistan's most socially liberal, progressive, and cosmopolitan cities.
Lahore's origins reach into antiquity. The city has been controlled by numerous empires throughout the course of its history, including the Hindu Shahis, Ghaznavids, Ghurids, and Delhi Sultanate by the medieval era. Lahore reached the height of its splendour under the Mughal Empire between the late 16th and early 18th century, and served as its capital city for a number of years. The city was captured by the forces of the Afsharid ruler Nader Shah in 1739, and fell into a period of decay while being contested between the Afghans and the Sikhs. Lahore eventually became capital of the Sikh Empire in the early 19th century, and regained much of its lost grandeur. Lahore was then annexed to the British Empire, and made capital of British Punjab. Lahore was central to the independence movements of both India and Pakistan, with the city being the site of both the declaration of Indian Independence, and the resolution calling for the establishment of Pakistan. Lahore experienced some of the worst rioting during the Partition period preceding Pakistan's independence. Following the success of the Pakistan Movement and subsequent independence in 1947, Lahore was declared capital of Pakistan's Punjab province.
Lahore exerts a strong cultural influence over Pakistan Lahore is a major center for Pakistan's publishing industry, and remains the foremost center of Pakistan's literary scene. The city is also a major centre of education in Pakistan, with some of Pakistan's leading universities based in the city. Lahore is also home to Pakistan's film industry, Lollywood, and is a major centre of Qawwali music. The city also hosts much of Pakistan's tourist industry,with major attractions including the Walled City, the famous Badshahi and Wazir Khan mosques and Sikh shrines. Lahore is also home to the Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Walk for Clean and Green Pakistan, Day 31, Okara city to, Pattoki city, punjab, walk on foot Pakistan, this video of aamirztwocents walk for clean and green Pakistan is about day 31 of walk. We started the 31st day of walk from Okara city and we were going to Pattoki city, Punjab, so yesterday we finished our walk at Okara city, and today starting from the same point where we stopped, started our day 31 around 8 am in the morning, it was raining, but we moved forward, crossed dipal pur chowk, dargah hazrat karma wali shrine, govt school, super market, restaurants, national fertilizer company , guava farms, university of okara, renala city, habibabad city, after crossing habibabad it started heavy rain so finally we ended up our walk for clean and green Pakistan 31st day, about 10 km before pattoki city, we did about 36 km, today, it was a nice day, will restart our walk tomorrow.

The two most famous & fastest trains of Pakistan Railways in Action At Pattoki, through passing like a bullet.
A dual camera setup for 15 up Karachi Express, recording high speed action from both sides of the train, 15 up had GEU-40-9011 on the lead with some funny whistles by the driver.
then comes the boss 5 up Green line Express with HGMU-30R-8219 flying away from Pattoki with some non-stop whistles.

Pizza Party & Trainspotting | Pattoki Se Lahore Wapsi | Pakistan Railways VLOG
Hello Everyone, here is the 3rd and last part of my Sehjowal, Pattoki, Habibabad, Changa Manga road trip for railfanning and trainspotting. In this last part, we finally had a Fajita Pizza Party at Pattoki Railway station and then continued capturing trains on our way back to Lahore.
It is one of my best road journey and we were able to capture 13 trains overall at different locations. Hopefully you will like this VLOG like you liked the first two parts.

Hello viewers, I am here again with brand new VLOG where I traveled from Lahore to Pattoki and its nearby stations of Sehjowal (Abandoned) and Habibabad.
In this video, there are total of 6 train actions out of which 2 are container freight trains and 4 are fast express trains. Since it is high speed section, most trains passed at 100+ kmph.
