The City Council of A Coruña is the governing body and local administration of the municipality of La Coruña, in the homonymous province of Spain. It is chaired by the mayor of La Coruña who, since 1979, is democratically elected. Currently holds the position of Xulio Ferreiro, Marea Atlántica, in the position since 2015, the year in which he succeeded Carlos Negreira Souto of the PP, who has held the mayor's office since 2011. Until the year 1897, the city council was in the old city. However, in that year the new Town Hall was inaugurated, located in the square of Maria Pita, of modernist style. The current building dates back to 1918 and was completed by the municipal architect Pedro Mariño.

Our Camino Ingles was very quiet with very few pilgrims walking at the end of October. Among the few Pilgrims walking, there was a curious search for the Hawaiian pilgrims who are walking the camino. Here's our Camino experience in 5 stages. We included daily actual distances, elevation gain or loss, temperature variations, rainfalls and a daily reflection guide. Os dejamos el segundo vídeo de nuestro viaje a Galicia. En este caso visitamos A Coruña, en tan solo un día! La verdad que nos dio tiempo para ver muchas cosas pero hubiéramos añadido un día más en la capital tranquilamente.
Nos alojamos en Hotel Coruña Mar. El alojamiento en sí no es nada del otro mundo, pero suficiente para pasar la noche. Y la persona que estaba en recepción no pudo ser más amable. Nos recomendó varios sitios y aclaró alguna que otra duda. Os dejo la página web:
