Holiday Inn Express Barcelona Molins de Rei | Budget Hotel in Barcelona | Holiday Inn Barcelona
On our last trip to Barcelona, we stayed in Holiday Inn Express Barcelona Molins de Rei. It's a bit outside the city center but it only takes 30 minutes by R train line. You can get a metro pass in Barcelona and travel to the city center easily. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking from Molins de Rei train station. Holiday Inn Express offers much more value than expensive hotels in Barcelona city center. Plus, the breakfast is included in the room price, which is a blessing in Europe. We really searched where to stay in Barcelona and this was a catch! You can also accumulate points in your IHG account, too. In this video, we made a brief but detailed hotel tour of Holiday Inn Express Barcelona in Molins De Rei.

Barcelona, a city so indescribable you simply have to visit yourself. We had high expectations as we set off at daybreak with a list of over 25 must see sights of Barcelona and less than 12 hours of daylight to see them all! Starting with La Sagrada Familia, making our way up to old civil war bunkers to get the best views over Barcelona and ending with a stunning sunset along Barceloneta Beach. We didn't quite tick everything off our list, but we saw more than enough to be enamoured with the city of Barcelona and we will definitely return one day to appreciate more of this incredible city. The Main Grandstand is positioned along the start / finish straight looking towards the pit lane and pit building. If you want a vantage point that allows you to see into the team garages and into the pit lane then the Main Grandstand is for you.
Seating to the right of the grandstand is positioned alongside the grid so you’ll have views of the pre race build-up as the cars and drivers go through their final preparations before lights out.

Welcome to our 2022 Barcelona travel vlog and see how we did Barcelona in a day, starting and finishing in the UK on the same day.
Despite heavy work schedules, various duties and commitments, we found ourselves recently with a couple of days off together.
After the success of our Amsterdam In A Day travel vlog, we thought we should get a bit more adventurous and try somewhere a bit further afield, so we chose Barcelona.
We took the 6.20am plane from Manchester to Barcelona then returned on the 10.05 later that day.
Our aim was to show what is achievable with limited time in a city, while still taking in a lot of the famous sights.
In this travel vlog, we start at Casa Batlo, take a trip down La Rambla (the Rambles) have a look around the famous La Boqueria food market We have a quick stop in the Gothic Quarter, where we enjoy a bit of traditional Spanish tapas.
Down the the marina next, then around the corner to the beach. Next we have a trip on a cable car and then n to Goudi's masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia.
We finish the trip off with a stop at a lovely tapas bar, enjoy a nice cold beer and a sangria, before making our way back to the airport to return to the UK
All this within 24 hours....just!!!
