¿Qué hacer en Madrid? Una de las mejores actividades que puedes realizar en Madrid son las rutas de senderismo que ofrece la sierra de Guadarrama.
La sierra de Guadarrama es un parque natural ubicado al Norte de la cuidad, al cual podrás acceder en cercanías en apenas una hora desde la estación de Chamartin.

En Miraflores de la Sierra la cultura se mezcla profundamente con la naturaleza. Esto se ve bien en sus numerosas fuentes, que utilizan el agua para aumentar su belleza, o en los recovecos que forman sus árboles y montes, que se han convertido en auténticas grutas de peregrinaje. Todo esto da un atractivo especial a la localidad, que se aumenta al echar la vista a sus hermosas iglesias y ermitas.
A lo largo de las carreteras que conducen a Rascafría y Canencia se encuentra el núcleo de «La Colonia» en torno al cual se fueron edificando, desde el último cuarto del S.XIX, los afamados «hoteles o villas de veraneo». Son casas de descanso estival, pertenecientes a la alta burguesía madrileña que buscó en Miraflores los «aires de montaña». Se trata de verdaderos palacetes de los que existen espectaculares ejemplos en Miraflores de la Sierra.
Gruta Nuestra Señora de Begoña
La Gruta de Nuestra Señora de Begoña fue fundada en 1952 por Julián Reyzábal Delgado, ferviente devoto de Nuestra Señora de Begoña y también de Miraflores de la Sierra.
El 22 de marzo de 2002, coincidiendo con el 50 aniversario de la creación de la Gruta, el Cardenal-Arzobispo de Madrid, Antonio María Rouco Varela, dio al lugar la licencia para establecer el oratorio, reservándolo para la oración y celebración de la Santísima Eucaristía.

Sierra Espuña y Ciudad de Murcia
Bastó un día para que los viajeros Jonatan Rius e Ignacio Izquierdo dieran cuenta de las maravillas paisajísticas y gastronómicas que puedes encontrar, no muy lejos de la Costa Cálida, en Sierra Espuña. Todo lo que necesitaban saber antes de emprender su ruta hasta el busto de Ricardo Codorniu, lo encontraron en el Centro de Visitantes. Y desde ahí, su viaje comenzó en una ruta guiada por el Caño de Espuña al centro.
Pero no todo fue andar, también se unieron a un taller gastronómico junto al Chef Juan Aranda, y por supuesto degustaron en la Hospedería Bajo el Cejo, sus platos estrella como las croquetas de rabo de toro. ¡Sacaron el mejor partido a esta tierra y sus productos!
Sumergidos por completo en el mundo rural del interior de la región murciana, fueron a descubrir el legado vivo que guarda la ciudad. En este mundo urbano, se encontraron con la historia a cada paso,desde la Glorieta de España, Catedral, Trapería y Real Casino de Murcia.
Tampoco fue todo caminar, porque uno no se puede ir de esta capital gastronómica sin ir de tapas. Y así, fueron a un rincón tan especial como es La Plaza de las Flores.

Mijas is a municipality that has two main parts. First you’ve got the old village, a charming knot of shining white buildings in an epic landscape a few hundred metres above sea level, but just a short ride down to the beaches of #fuengirolaspain .
It was a Moorish town, huddled around a castle of which a few small fragments and the original street plan remain.
Then there’s #mijas Costa, which is actually some way south, on the coast between Fuengirola and Marbella.
This area has all hallmarks of a modern Mediterranean getaway, with acres of golf courses, yet more sandy beaches and upscale holiday communities with modern homes.

The Arboretum is a botanical garden integrated into the natural environment of the Sierra de Mijas. It's divided into different terraces, and located in the highest part of the compound; you will come across a large pool used to water the garden via the different irrigation ditches.
