Vilafranca del Penedès is a municipality in the province of Barcelona in the community of Catalonia, Spain. Capital of the Alto Panadés region, around 40,000 inhabitants. It is situated in the Penedès Depression on the left bank of the Foix River. It is known for its sparkling wines, Catalan cava, and wines from the Penedés designation of origin.
The town was founded in the middle of the 12th century as a result of the decline of Olèrdola, which had been until then the main local centre. Vilafranca is known internationally for its wines : Catalan cava and wines from the Penedès Designation of Origin (DO), with multinational brands such as Bodegas Torres . Apart from wines and cavas, Vilafranca is also known for the Castellers de Vilafranca and its Festa Major, which has one of the oldest dragons in Europe (around 1600) and about twenty dances, snacks and casteller groups.
The Castellers de Vilafranca group was founded in September 1948, by Oriol Rosell, who was its first leader. The beginnings were marked by the achievement of the first castles of seven and by the close relations with the other gangs of the time. During these years, the gang leaders were Oriol Rosell (1948-1952) and Ramon Sala (1953-1955) and the color of the shirt was pink, first, and red, later.

Alboraya (en valenciano y cooficialmente #Alboraia) es un municipio de la comunidad autónoma de Valencia, España. Pertenece a la provincia de Valencia y está situado en la comarca de la Huerta Norte.
Contaba con una población censada de 25 149 habitantes en 2022 (INE), lo que lo convierte en el segundo municipio de la comarca en población tras Burjasot.
Se le conoce principalmente por su horchata y su chufa.
Integrado en la comarca de Huerta Norte, se sitúa a 6 kilómetros del centro de Valencia. El término municipal está atravesado por la Autovía de Acceso Norte a Valencia V-21 , y por una carretera secundaria que conecta con Almácera. Todavía se conservan amplias zonas de huerta, con cultivos intensivos divididos tradicionalmente en ocho partidas: Calvet, Desemparats, Mar, Massamardà, Masquefa, Miracle, Saboia y Vera. Como rasgo físico significativo, hay que destacar la presencia del Barranco del Carraixet. El núcleo urbano se sitúa a la derecha del mismo barranco, a 6 metros sobre el nivel del mar. La red hidráulica de Alboraya se complementa con las acequias de Tormos y de Rascaña, que abastecen el término. La altitud oscila entre los 10 metros y el nivel del mar en la playa de Alboraya.

Ruta realizada en una bicicleta plegable ????????♀️, saliendo desde el Paseo Marítimo de Castelldefels hasta el Parc Nou de El Prat de Llobregat 8parada de metro), pasando por Gavà y Viladecans ( Parque Agrario ). Es un recorrido plano que se puede realizar perfectamente en una bici plegable. Las imágenes estan grabadas con una cámara GoPro Hero en un soporte comprado situado en el manillar de la bicicleta, que da mucha estabilidad a la filmación, mucho mejor que llevando la cámara GoPro en el casco de la cabeza.
