All you need to know about Small Bridge Dam (which is another Zimbabwe travel destination in Penhalonga, near Mutare Manicaland/Easternhighlands) is shared in this vlog by a Zimbabwean Travel Youtuber.
When I learnt about mercury & cyanide now being detected in this waterbody & the other surrounding ones I was gut wrenched. I thought of all the fish & how people loved to swim in this clear, spectacular waterbody & immediately I knew I had to visit it without fail. Its serene beauty deserves to be known & you deserve to experience it too hopefully before it is just another hazardous site to stay away from. The last time I checked EMA was promising to do something about the illegal mining which is the cause of the mercury & cyanide deposits. So hopefully my biggest fear is not going to become a reality for this gem... ...& I also hope that you enjoy this video of my visit there highlighting its beauty :).

University of Johannesburg International Festival 2015 - Zimbabwe
The festival is the biggest annual event hosted by the Division for Internationalization and offers students and visitors a unique opportunity to globe trot by exploring and experiencing a feast of different cuisines, cultures and lifestyles.
The 13th annual International Festival took place on the 18th of September 2015, and it was a great opportunity for many nations to showcase their cultures, Zimbabwe included!
Zimbabwe won in the following Categories:
Stall - 3rd position
Performance - 2nd position
Cuisine - 1st position
Traditional Wear - 1st position
Overall - 1st position!
Darwin ghost town ,Mt Darwin
A ghost town, West Coast Tasmania about 30km from Queenstown. Though you see a shack which is newer.
Flew 500 meters up Mt Darwin,which is limit of drone,so bummer.Was only about 50 meters above tree tops climbing up.So turned around and admired the scenery.Beautiful place with the march flies,tiger snakes and leeches.
Lobatse - Driving in the CBD - Botswana
I took a drive in Lobatse town in Botswana. Lobatse is a small town approximately 1 hour outside Gaborone. Despite being small Lobatse is quite important as it is the home of Botswana Meat Commission, which is an important company in the country. The town is also home to a branch of the Botswana High Court. As you can see it was really busy when I visited. Hope you enjoy. Please subscribe for more similar content, it is appreciated!

Harare, capital of Zimbabwe, which most of the people associate with long time regime run by dictator Robert Mugabe. Economist ranked this city as one of the worst city in the world. Drive into Tugwi Mukosi, Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe.
This drive leads in and out from the Togwi Mukosi Dam wall. Togwi Mukosi Dam is the largest inland Dam for Zimbabwe which is a construction from concrete-face on the Togwi River, just downstream of its confluence with the Mukosi River. The Dam is 72 kilometres south of Masvingo, Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe.

Trans Limpopo Passenger Train from Harare Zimbabwe 19-20th October 1997 to Pretoria in South Africa
This is a rough and ready video made with an old 1980s Sony Video camera of the passenger train journey from Harare departing around 7am on morning of Sunday 19th October south to Pretoria in South Africa by 1-2pm on Monday 20th October. From Harare the train speeds through industrial western suburbs of Harare to arrive at mining town of Kadoma about 2 hours later. During this time Michael Kritzinger and I had breakfast in the dining saloon named Umhlanga. From there it heads south to KweKwe and Gweru with stops at each. By about midday -1pm it stops for well over an hour at Somabhula - a railway junction for trains to continue southwest to Bulawayo or southeast to the mining regions of Zvishavane and Rutenga, as this train did. From Somabhula train winds its way south through open farmland before crossing through the 1,500m Hoko Mountain range towards another mining town of Bannockburn and further onto to the west of large mining town of Zvishavane. It passes along a valley following the Ngezi River Valley and into some tribal trust lands where train is met by local children. At the 11m 50s mark Children can be seen running frantically towards the train from their rondavel homes in the village. Mountains can be seen far out to northeast in direction of Mashava Hills west of Masvingo. One young boy looks delighted as he walks along the the ballast and rail lines barefooted collecting the TAZO cards thrown out by my travelling companion Michael Kritzinger. His grin and happiness would have been matched if he had known what amounts those TAZO card collections are valued at today! Singing and dancing can be heard coming from amongst trees a couple of hundred metres off to east. Further on as train approaches Rutenga Junction another group of children are fascinated by the Tazos given to them as darkness and starts.
Through the night we are awakened sometime after midnight by border officials at Beitbridge doing a passport check. The next scenes show train racing south after crossing through a gorge in Soutpansberg from Waterpoort and then to Louis Trichardt. After a brief stop there train follows the N1 highway south before heading off to east after Bandelierkop. As train winds around farmland to town of Munnik views east down into the clouded valleys around Modjadjiskloof and Tzaneen.
From here it is a fast traverse down to Pietersburg since renamed Polokwane, a major city of Limpopo Province. the journey takes us further south through the Percy Fyfe Nature reserve to Potgietersrus and then to Nylstroom where the flat topped hill of Kranskop is prominent out to east. The train soon starts entering the northern outskirts of Pretoria through Pretoria North, passing through the Wonderboom Nature Reserve and kloof through which the Apies River flows north. Finally we arrive into northern suburbs of Pretoria where the highrise of CBD come into view. The video ends as train enters Pretoria West railway station.
