There are so many things to do in Jardin, including hiking, wildlife and a thrilling ride on the Garrucha. We see waterfalls, a bat cave and sip at cafes overlooking this amazing town. Jardin will always have a special place in our hearts.

Is Jardín Colombia Worth It? (Here's Everything You Need to Know)
Jardin, Colombia, is a hidden gem in the Andes mountain range. It boasts natural wealth, including waterfalls, hikes, breathtaking views, and welcoming people. But how do you get to Jardin, Colombia?
The easiest way to get to Jardin is by taking a bus from Medellin. While it is only 100 miles or so, it will take 4 hours to get there, but it's worth it!
Once you arrive in Jardin, you will be blown away by the colorful buildings and active locals. If you need a place to stay, then we recommend checking out Airbnb or grabbing a hotel. Jardin is small, so you will walk for most of your activities. However, if you want to stay at a place with a view and activities, then we recommend staying at Gulupa Ecolodge!

Jardín Colombia, located in the southern area of Antioquia, is one of Colombia’s most beautiful towns and a national heritage. It is one of the 17 national heritage villages (Pueblos Patrimonio de Colombia). When they founders arrived to the town from the viewpoint Alto de las Flores they observed the valley that by then it looks like a jungle with white yarumos and crossed by two little rivers, so they exclaimed This is a garden, and that's how Jardín gets its name. This small coffee region is about four hours from Medellin. During my visit, I fell in love with its people and the general atmosphere of Jardin Antioquia.
