A Walk around Wigan

A beautiful town that I'd never been to before. Lots of construction happening right now, so it's a place of transition. Maybe I'll go back and see what it looks like after all the work is done.

Wednesday 27 June 2012. DRS loco 37261 leads 31285 as the Network Rail test train 2Q88 Ince Moss Jct - Regents Road LC departs Platform 1 after a scheduled 30 min stop at the station. Luckily for us 175111 working 1D44 Manchester Piccadilly - Chester didn't compromise the departure shot. Many thanks to the driver for a clagtastic departure & the tones :)
