Secrets of the Hainault Shuttle

Did you know that the Central Line service between Woodford and Hainault reverted back to being a shuttle in 2020? It felt like it was time to go up to the eastern end of the Central Line, and whilst there see what else I could uncover, as we do .... Secrets of the Hainault Shuttle.

Did you know a fun way of getting indication of how they are is by asking them to hum the Grange Hill theme tune, and see whether they do the version from the 1970s/80s, or the 1990's/00's

Places to see in ( Chigwell - UK )

Places to see in ( Chigwell - UK )

Chigwell is a civil parish and town in the Epping Forest district of Essex. Adjacent to the northern boundary of Greater London, it is considered part of the metropolitan area of London and the Greater London Urban Area. It is on the Central line of the London Underground. With Loughton and Buckhurst Hill, it is said to form part of the Essex golden triangle of wealthy places .

The local council of the civil parish is Chigwell Parish Council. The parish council originally existed from 1894 to 1933, and was created again in 1996. The parish council offices are located on Hainault Road. Councillors are elected from three wards: Grange Hill, Chigwell Row and Chigwell Village. Local councillors are also elected to Epping Forest District Council and Essex County Council.

The hamlet of Chigwell Row lies towards the east of Chigwell, near Lambourne; this part of the parish is well forested and mostly rural. Grange Hill is the area around the junction of Manor Road and Fencepiece Road/Hainault Road, extending as far as the boundary with Redbridge including the Limes Farm estate. Chigwell has a population of around 12,500 and is generally considered a wealthy area.

All bus services are Transport for London services, except route X5 and school routes 43, 804. Routes 150 and X5 only serve Chigwell Row. Routes 362 and 462 only serve Grange Hill. Chigwell is served by Chigwell station and Grange Hill station (further south bordering Hainault), both on the Central line of the London Underground. For a more frequent service to London there are also nearby Buckhurst Hill, Woodford, Loughton and Hainault stations as services between Grange Hill and Woodford are limited to three trains per hour in each direction, with an increased service during morning peak hours.

( Chigwell - UK ) is well know as a tourist destination because of the variety of places you can enjoy while you are visiting Chigwell . Through a series of videos we will try to show you recommended places to visit in Chigwell - UK

[4K] Travel to United Kingdom and Explore Guildford Castle with Ferenc as Your Tour Guide ????????

???? Guildford is a larger town in England and has a beautiful high street which is one of the busiest streets, said Ferenc. You can often find musicians showing their talent and playing their own songs. Everybody loves to just stop for a bit and listen to these amazing and brave people. Guildford is amazing and in the heart of it, you can find Guildford castle. The Guildford castle has two parts the first one is the garden called Castle Grounds and the second one is the actual castle called Castle Keep. Castle grounds are Guildford's premier tower center park, an extremely vibrant and popular park enjoyed by everyone for its unique character and famous horticulture color. The grounds at Guildford castle were opened as public gardens in 1888 to mark Queen Victoria's golden jubilee of the previous year. The gardens are extremely popular displaying an amazing array of colorful bedding centered on the 11th-century castle cape.

In the 14th century, Guildford and other inland castles were no longer needed and fell into disrepair. In 1885 Lord Grantley of Wonersh, who owned a large part of the castle, sold it to the Guildford Corporation. The castle grounds are free to enter, but there is a small charge if you would like to visit the castle keep. If you have a dog this is the perfect place for a walk, just remember you need to keep him on the lead. The castle grounds opening times are 8am to dusk throughout the year. Other attractions include a life-size statue of Alice Through the Looking Glass, a historic bowling green, music concerts in the bandstand, the town's war memorial, and an open-air theatre in the summer months.

4K|London????Route247|Romford,Marks Gate,Hainault,Fairlop,Fullwell Cross

#romford#marksgate#hainault#fairlop#fullwellcross#londonbusride2021There's a lot to see on a trip to London, and especially on your first trip to the city. Taking a bus is one of the easiest ways to get a good view of London without much hassle or expense; all you have to do is find out which route you want to take and then leave the driving to them while you gawk at the scene. London is covered by more than 700 bus routes, and many travel past some of the city's iconic sights. As a bonus, many of the buses are double-deckers, and what a great view you'll get on the upper deck.

London buses no longer accept cash fares, so you will need an Oyster card loaded with sufficient credit or a travelcard. You could also consider using a contactless payment card to pay for London transport

If you are short on time and want to guarantee that you see all of the big sights in London, your best bet is the classic Big Bus Tours circular route.Today I am please to introduce you with route 247,what a great opportunity, please don't miss it out and watch till the end. There is the bus stops in case you need it,please have a look and find out where you exactly are located. You can tap on exact time and with doing that you will transfer to that particular moment.

Central line full journey Woodford to Ealing Broadway via Hainault 09/11/2023

Is this my last full journey on the Central line before the entire 1992 Stock fleet is refurbished?
Carriage number - 91139 from Woodford to Hainault then 91151 for the rest of the journey towards Ealing Broadway via Newbury Park and Central London!
Last night, I finally managed to do the Central line from Woodford to Ealing Broadway via Hainault, even if there was a change of trains at Hainault as there is no longer a direct train as of January 2020! This is because I did Hainault to West Ruislip via Newbury Park last year as well as Ealing Broadway to Woodford via Hainault in 2019 (as a direct train) and 2021 (with a change of trains in Hainault). Also apologies for going out in the dark as its that time of year again where it gets dark early! Pitch black at 6pm! Going out in the Summer is better as the days are longer!
All voicing on the 1992 Stock (unrefurbished) is done by Emma Clarke, Sarah Parnell and Adrian Hieatt. Sarah Parnell does newer recordings (e.g. interchanges with the Elizabeth line) which are fucking shit while Adrian Hieatt only does the see it say it sorted message.
Tip: to try and record the best announcements, put your phone, camera or whatever you use to record close to one of the speakers wherever you can see or hear them!

Central line full journey Hainault to West Ruislip via Newbury Park 05/08/2022

On 5th August 2019, I did the Central line from Ealing Broadway to Woodford via Hainault.
Video from 2019 -
3 years later on 5th August 2022, I did the Central line from Hainault to West Ruislip via Newbury Park after doing the Woodford to Hainault shuttle and a lot has changed since I last did it in 2019. In 2019, there used to be a direct service between Ealing Broadway and Woodford (via Hainault) but now there isn't. At Hainault, all trains to Woodford depart Platform 1 with all trains to Central London via Newbury Park departing Platforms 2 and 3. Some Woodford services may depart from Platform 2 instead. Some trains may go via Woodford instead. As the doors opened at South Ruislip, I managed to see G-ZAHS, a RAF Dassault Falcon 900LX from Bergen, Norway land at RAF Northolt. Stations in the video:
