Hadim Göksu Yerköprü Şelalesi Drone 4K - Konya - Türkiye
Hadim Yerköprü Şelalesi 4K video kalitesi ile ...
Yerköprü Şelalesi, Konya'nın Hadim İlçesi'nde, Konya merkeze 110 kilometre uzaklıkta, Göksu Nehri üzerinde bulunan ünlü bir şelaledir. Yer köprü Şelalesi, eşsiz doğal güzelliğiyle istisnasız herkesi büyüleyebilecek muhteşem bir güzelliğe sahiptir. Özellikle Haziran ayı, bu şelaleyi gezmek için en ideal aydır. Bu ayda özellikle zakkumların muhteşem renk cümbüşüne bir çok ağacın çiçekleri de eklenince, şelale tam bir doğa harikası haline gelmektedir.
Yer Köprü şelalesi, oluşum olarak, eski Göksu yatağı üzerindedir. Göksu Irmağı, burada yaklaşık 30 metre tabana dalmakta, nehrin üzerinde doğal bir köprü bulunmaktadır. Bu köprü şeklindeki yerin etrafı çok yüksek ve kayalarla (yaklaşık300-400 m.) çevrili olmasına rağmen, köprü kısmı oldukça düz ve çok sayıda bitkiyle adeta bir bahçe gibidir. Nehrin 30 metre kadar üstündeki bu köprüde, kayaların dibinden çıkan suyun, nehrin tabana daldığı tünelin çıkışına üstten dökülmesiyle şelale oluşmaktadır. Dolayısıyla şelaleyi oluşturan su, nehirden değil, bu köprü üzerindeki kaynaktan gelmektedir. Dolayısıyla kaynağın suyu yıl boyunca aynı kaldığı için, köprü üzerindeki bitki örtüsüne hiç bir zarar gelmemektedir.

Let's Go - Egypt | A Beautiful Destinations Original
DIRECTOR’S NOTES:
Last year in 2019 the Beautiful Destinations team traveled around Egypt for three weeks capturing the entire country. BD team member Jake Irish and I (Chris Shepherd) traveled through the eastern part of the country while our teammates Ben Mikha and Cory Martin split off to explore the western part of the country.
Jake and I started in Aswan and sailed up the Nile River to Luxor where we saw ancient temples and artifacts that I had only read about growing up. We then traveled east to the Red Sea where the water was turquoise blue and crystal clear; it was not surprising that it has some of the best scuba diving in the world. We finished our journey in the Sinai Peninsula where the hospitality of the local Bedouins greeted us at every turn and the rugged mountains and vast desert landscapes took our breath away. At the same time Ben and Cory traveled where we could not in Alexandria, Siwa, Fayoum, the Black Desert, and the White Desert. We could not have done any of this without our local guide Ahmed Wahba who may or may not have slept the entire trip to get us the shots we needed.
Although Egypt is known for the Pyramids, the country was much more diverse and the eclectic landscapes we encountered made it my favorite travel destination. I hope this video captures how incredible Egypt truly is!

Walls of Constantinople | Turkish History
The Theodosian Walls are the fortifications of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire, which were first built during the reign of Theodosius II (408-450 CE). Sometimes known as the Theodosian Long Walls, they built upon and extended earlier fortifications so that the city became impregnable to enemy sieges for 800 years. The fortifications were the largest and strongest ever built in either the ancient or medieval worlds. Resisting attacks and earthquakes over the centuries, the walls were particularly tested by Bulgar and Arab forces who sometimes laid siege to the city for years at a time. Sections of the walls can still be seen today in modern Istanbul and are the city's most impressive surviving monuments from Late Antiquity.
Although the city had benefitted from previous emperors building fortifications, especially Constantine I when he moved his capital from Rome to the east, it is Emperor Theodosius II who is most associated with Constantinople's famous city walls. It was, though, Theodosius I (r. 379-395 CE) who began the project of improving the capital's defense's by building the Golden Gate of Constantinople in November 391 CE. The massive gate was over 12 meter's high, had three arches, and a tower either side. It was entirely built of marble and decorated with statues and was topped with a sculpture of a chariot pulled by four elephants. The Golden Gate probably marked the start of triumphal processions which ended in the Hippodrome. Two decades later, Theodosius II was alarmed at the recent fall of Rome to the Goths in 410 CE and set about building a massive line of triple fortification walls to ensure Constantinople never followed the same fate. The man credited with supervising their construction is Theodosius' Praetorian Prefect Anthemis. The walls extended across the peninsula from the shores of the Sea of Marmara to the Golden Horn, eventually being fully completed in 439 CE and stretching some 6.5 kilometers. They expanded the enclosed area of the city by 5 square kilometers.

Goksu Waterfall is one of the most attractive places as a natural wonder to visit, just like a heaven when first viewed. The waterfall is also named as Yerkopru Waterfall, located in Hadim town of Konya province in the Central Anatolia region of Turkey.
There is more than a thousand and one beautiful sights in Turkey, but Goksu Waterfall is unquestionably near the top of the list. The waterfall attracts great interest from domestic and foreign visitors.
Goksu Waterfall is formed at a place, where the river was blocked by earth from the slopes of the river valley due to landslide. Spring water named Karasu, which outcropped from the valley slope, overspread on the landslide earth mass and formed a layer of travertine. In the long run, the stream submerged under the natural barrage and formed an underground water tunnel, which is a cave of about 500 m. The cave contains stalactites and stalagmites inside.
WHAT TO DO
The waterfall is on the Goksu River, and drops from the travertines to the river bed in a height of 20 m. Goksu Waterfall is flowing every day of the year.
It is possible to enter into the cave and climb on the rocks. However, you need to have the necessary materials, raincoat or a diving suit. Please remember, the number of visitors increase at the weekend.

6. Marvel at the blue houses
The number one reason to visit Chefchaouen is for its beautiful streets, filled with houses painted in different shades of blue. In fact, Chefchaouen has become a major tourist attraction in the last decade because of blue pictures circulating on social media.
5. Guided tour of the Old Town
While Chefchaouen may seem like a recent phenomenon on social media, the city has an intriguing history that dates back to the 15th Century. The best way to learn about it is by joining a guided tour of the Old Town. The tours take you to the most important sights, such as the main square, the Grand Mosque, and the outside of the Kasbah.

4. Visit the Kasbah Museum
In the bustling main square sits the red-walled Kasbah, a 15th-century fortress and dungeon. Inside the walls you can find Andalusian Gardens as well as a museum that features a collection of artifacts from the Chefchaouen region. It’s a peaceful escape from the city and another great opportunity to learn a bit more about the history of this area.
3. Stroll around Ras El Ma
The most peaceful and fascinating area of Chefchaouen is Ras El Ma. Here, the fresh mountain water trickles into the town. It’s the main water resource for the population and used to be a popular hangout spot for locals. Women traditionally gathered along the banks of the river to socialize as they washed clothes and blankets.
2. Go hiking in the Rif Mountains
As a mountain town, Chefchaouen is surrounded by beautiful nature. The Rif Mountains might be lesser known than the Atlas Mountains, but are equally beautiful. Lush forests and impressive peaks rise above the Mediterranean and provide great hiking routes. Right outside Chefchaouen you can find Talassemtane National Park, with different trails such as the Akchour Waterfalls and God’s Bridge.
1. Watch the sunset from the Spanish Mosque
Finally, we recommend ending your visit in Chefchaouen with a magical sunset over the city and mountains. There are many viewpoints around the city, but the Spanish Mosque might be the most popular and beautiful one. It’s an easy 20 to 30 minute hike to the top, and there is a clear path that leaves from Ras El Ma to the hilltop.

Kent merkezine 100 kilometre mesafedeki Aladağ bölgesinde Göksu Nehri üzerinde bulunan Yerköprü Şelalesi, son günlerde etkili olan kar yağışıyla beyaza büründü.
Hava sıcaklığının mevsim normallerinin altında seyretmesi nedeniyle şelalede oluşan buz sarkıtları ve su buharı görsel şölen sunuyor.
Yaklaşık 25 metre yükseklikten akan şelale, yazın yemyeşil bitki örtüsüyle, kışın da kar ve sisle bütünleşerek ziyaretçileri kendine hayran bırakıyor.
