The highlight of our time in Granada was visiting the crown jewel of the city, the Alhambra, and admiring the insane craftsmanship displayed in each room. Granada is now tied with San Sebastian as our favorite city in all of Spain! We will definitely be back in the future if we ever pass through Spain again! ????????

Cali is a Colombian city located in the department of Valle del Cauca, southwest of Bogotá. In this beautiful city you have many things to do and discover, let me introduce some:
The Ermita Church is located on the river, right after the boulevard and the pedestrian zone. There used to be a church in the same place, but it was destroyed by an earthquake in 1925. The current building was built in 1942. The church follows the neo-Gothic style and is an absolute eye-catcher.
Very close to the boulevard and the Ermita church you can find the giant trumpet. Jairo Valera was one of the great salsa masters. Below the trumpet are lyrics by the band Salsa Niche.
The project started in 2011 and the boulevard and pedestrian zone stretches around one kilometer along the center of Cali. The boulevard is a popular meeting place, especially in the afternoon and evening.

Barrio Granada de Cali is the very first neighborhood I stayed in back when I first visited Cali in 2022. Barrio Granada is an art deco style neighborhood. Lately, it has become an upper class area for nightlife and dining. This barrio contains countless tasty restaurants, night clubs to dance, and bars to enjoy cocktails and beers. It also contains high end women's clothing shops, and handmade jewelry stores. Barrio Granada is the famous nightlife zone called La Sixta which I will show you in it's own video.
This high end neighborhood Granada features the striking, modern Plazoleta Jairo Varela.
A museum with the famous Salsa musician Varela, plus an interactive musical sculpture and an arts cinema.
Angular 1960s playhouse Teatro Calima hosts comedy, concerts, and dance.
Nearby, Simón Bolívar Cali Park’s gardens have shady paths beside the Cali River
Barrio Granada is located at the statue of Bolivar in the North.
