Zimbabwe is a landlocked country in southern Africa known for its dramatic landscape and diverse wildlife, much of it within parks, reserves and safari areas.
On the Zambezi River, Victoria Falls make a thundering 108m drop into narrow Batoka Gorge, where there are white-water rafting and bungee-jumping. Downstream are Matusadona and Mana Pools national parks, home to hippos, rhinos, and birdlife.

Would You Visit Gokwe After Watching This? Uncensored Rural Life In Zimbabwe
This video shows both aerial and ground footage of life in the most rural area of Zimbabwe, precisely Life in Gokwe villages. Gokwe centre is a small rural town located in the Midlands province of Zimbabwe.
Life in Gokwe mostly comprise farming (maize and cotton) and gold-panning. The Gokwe region is divided into Gokwe South District and Gokwe North District. A number of ethnic groups live in this region and these are the Shangwe people (a Shona-speaking group), the Tonga, and last but not least the Ndebele.

Here is a aerial drone view of Gokwe Centre located in Zimbabwe. Gokwe is located in the Midlands province of Zimbawe. It is known for cotton and maize farming. The Gokwe region consists of the area around Gokwe centre that was formerly under the control of the Shangwe people, a Shona-speaking group. Gokwe is broken up into Gokwe South District and Gokwe North District.

On a normal farming day in Gokwe
This video shows agriculture in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe's economy is based on farming and raising livestocks. Using ox-drawn ploughs are common farming practices in Africa. Agriculture in Zimbabwe plays a crucial role in the lives of Zimbabweans in both rural and urban areas.
Farming practices (systems) in Africa today are essentially the product of interactions between local indigenous cultivation systems such as gejo, hara, chikoforo and external interventions. Zimbabwe farmers in Gokwe still rely on domestic animals for the power required to operate farming equipment.

Kwekwe Town From Above | Clean & Organized
Kwekwe Zimbabwe is a city in the Midlands province of central Zimbabwe. Kwekwe is the 6th largest city in Zimbabwe. Kwekwe town and neighbouring Redcliff are the headquarters ZISCO, the country's largest steelworks. It also hostsZIMASCO, the largest ferrochrome producer. Kwekwe is Zimbabwe's richest city in terms of minerals.
Like most urban areas in Zimbabwe, the city of Kwekwe hosts dozens of schools. Amaveni High School, Mbizo High School and Manunure High School recently expanded to offer A-level classes. Amaveni High serves the high density suburb of Amaveni while Mbizo and Manunure serve the high density suburb of Mbizo. Shungu High School is located about 16 km from Kwekwe. It is a Catholic run school. The middle-class suburbs close to the city centre have Kwekwe High School and Goldridge College, plus the primary schools including Goldridge Primary School, Fitchlea Primary School, Kwekwe Junior High School and Globe & Phoenix Primary School, Maryward Primary School and Sally Mugabe Primary School.

Most of the clips are dominated by the Westgate shopping mall which is privately owned by Old Mutual insurance company. The shopping mall houses a lot of supermarkets, banks, clothing shops and a cinema.

Bulawayo is Zimbabwe's second largest city and the capital of Matabeleland, home of the Ndebele tribe.
#Bulawayo is a city in southwest Zimbabwe. It’s a gateway to Matobo National Park, home to the Matobo Hills rock formations and Stone Age cave art. Park wildlife includes rhinos and black eagles. Nearby, Tshabalala Game Sanctuary has zebra and impala. West of Bulawayo, the ruins of 15th-century Khami city comprise stone walls and terraces. Bulawayo’s Natural History Museum of #Zimbabwe displays finds from the site.

I have been enjoying looking back at my time in Zimbabwe over this last month and sharing with you snippets of this time. This the last video in that series, time to get into 2021 lol.
We spent a few days in rural Zimbabwe, in Nyathi Village. Growing up you would have been hard pressed to find me outside the city but over the years I have grown partial to the simple life and always look forward to time unplugging and spending time close to nature, I must be growing up lol.
