Esta vez recorrimos uno de los departamentos con mayores riquezas culturales, arquitectónicas y naturales de Colombia; nuestro paso por Boyacá nos sorprendió pasando por lugares increíbles situados en 8 pueblos en tiempo record, solo 3 días bastaron para sumar kilómetros y experiencia en moto atravesando los municipios de Ráquira, Villa de Leyva, Paipa y el Pantano de Vargas, Duitama y el Pueblito Boyacense, Monguí, Sogamoso, el Lago más grande de Colombia, la Laguna de Tota y la famosa Playa Blanca, el dulce municipio de Iza y el Histórico pueblo de Boyacá.

Esta es una experiencia que en definitiva nos gustaría compartir para que muchos amantes de los viajes puedan vivirla y enamorarse más de esta tierra de trabajadores, de historia, de maravillas de la arquitectura y de montañas que se encuentran muy cerca de Bogotá.

Las Juntas Boyacá - Embalse de la Esmeralda
Las Juntas es el lugar donde convergen los ríos Súnuba y Garagoa sobre el embalse La Esmeralda en el departamento de Boyacá. Este lago artificial fue creado entre 1975 y 1978 para proveer la potencia de la Central Hidroeléctrica de Chivor. Durante la construcción de la represa de Chivor, se entregó la vía en el trayecto Las Juntas - Santa María, con 14 túneles que atraviesan la cordillera oriental antes del piedemonte llanero, Los túneles en orden son (vía en sentido Bogotá - Santa María): Túnel Las Juntas (200 m de longitud), Túnel Pozo Azul (290 m), Túnel El Infierno (488 m), Túnel El Volador (234 m), Túnel El Trapiche (90 m), Túnel El Ventarrón (612 m), Túnel El Salitre (634 m), Túnel El Polvorín (1640 m), Túnel La Esmeralda (400 m), Túnel La Presa (475 m), Túnel Pluma de Agua (770 m), Túnel La Cascada (420 m), Túnel Moya (350 m), Túnel Muros I (134 m), Túnel Muros II (350 m).
El puente en que se filma este video conecta municipios del Valle de Tenza como Guateque, Almeida, Garagoa, Macanal, Santa María, San Luís de Gaceno, entre otros.

El municipio de Pesca en los últimos años ha cobrado una relevancia significativa, gracias a que de allí, es el ciclista MIGUEL ANGEL SUPERMÁN LÓPEZ.
Pesca, es un municipio que pertenece a la provincia de Sugamuxi en el departamento de Boyacá, que mantiene una arquitectura colonial muy bonita que se ve realzada por la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, una construcción en piedra que data de 1890.
