Ferghana Valley is one of the most beautiful areas of the oasis with the territory in 22,000 square meters. km and a population of 7 million people. Surrounded by mountains of Tien Shan and traversed the waters of the Syr Darya and Naryn, the valley represents the ideal place for agriculture and animal husbandry. The Ferghana Valley is famous for such cities as Andijan, Ferghana, Margilan, Kokand, Shakhimardan, Couva, historic monuments, and architecture.

Andijan is located in the northeast, surrounded by mountains and hills. Andijan and Alamishikskie hills are rich deposits of oil, gas, water and other natural resources. The city is known from the IX century BC. Now it is a major industrial center in Uzbekistan. It carried out the construction of the Uzbek-Korean joint venture UzDaewooAuto in the city of Asaka. Andijan is located on the site of an ancient caravan route linking China with Central Asia. In those days it was part of the Silk Road and served as the eastern gateway to the Fergana Valley. On the whole route along the river was Karadarya caravanserai.

Kokand was the capital of the Kokand Khanate in the H1P-H1H ages and religious center of the valley, there are many madrassas and mosques.

Margilan in ancient times was widely known for its craftsmen for the manufacture of carpets and fabrics, especially khan-atlas. This city has a distinctive architectural tradition. Caravans of silk sent from Margilan in Arabia here produced more than 20 million meters of silk fabrics.

Couva - Memorial famous medieval scholar al-Fergani, who was known in Europe under the name Alfraganus.

Namangan region occupies an area in the north valley, on the right bank of the Syr Darya. At 25 kilometers from the Namangan, the area is known archaeological survey - an ancient settlement Aksikent.

Axsikat, Axsikent is the ruins of an ancient city . It is located in the village of Shahand , Turakurgan district , Namangan region , on the right bank of the Syr Darya . According to historical data, the city of A. was founded in the 3rd - 2nd centuries BC , and in the 9th - 10th centuries it was the capital of the Fergana Valley . It was completely destroyed in an earthquake in 1621 . Archaeological excavations of A. began in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. 1885 NI Veselovskip , 1914 IA Kastane excavation and conducted searches. During the Soviet era, M. Ye. Investigated by Massoy (1939) and AN Bernstam (1948). Archaeological excavations have revealed that A. consisted of an arch , shahristan and rabod , all three parts of the city were surrounded by separate walls , the ark contained a governor 's palace , a prison , an inner bazaar in Shahristan , a mosque , a brick pool and canals , a craft mahalla andthe market was found to be present. A. It was also studied by the staff of the Namangan Museum of Local Lore (1957-59). In 1960, a special expedition organized by the Institute of History and Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan discovered the site of an ancient bathhouse dating back to the 11th century . Pottery , pipes , coins and glassware were found there . In addition , there are other medieval city ruins to the west of A. 's ruins . Academic Ya. F. Gulomovand archaeologist I. Akhrorov were the first to prove that there were 820 cities of different periods, one of which was the ancient A. and the other the Akhsi, the birthplace of Babur . In 1967, the artist IA Smirnov A. presented to the State Museum of Oriental Peoples in Moscow a collection of pottery, copperware and ornaments collected from the ruins. The monument has been under state protection since 1950 due to its important role in the cultural history of the Uzbek people .

*Minor Mosque*
This is the latest tourist destination of Tashkent, which opened recently in 2014. It's white marble exterior is a spectacular sight.

*Tashkent TV Tower*
This is the 12th tallest TV tower in the world, with 375 meter height. You can go on top of it. The entry fee is 40,000 Soms (approx $4). The panoramic view from the top is amazing! You can even dine in at a revolving restaurant on the 8th floor.

*Amir Temur Square*
It is located in exact center of the Tashkent city and is the favorite park of locals. It has lush greenery and many fountains. There is a big sculpture of Amir Temur, the founder of Temurlane dynasty. It is surrounded by other prominent destinations like the *Uzbekistan Hotel*, *Amir Temur Museum*, and the *Forums Palace*.

*Chorsu Bazaar*
This local bazaar, which is hundreds of years old, still functions in the same manner as it used to during the Silk Route trade. You can find Uzbek dishes, souvenirs, meat, and dried fruits here.

*Magic City Park*
It is an enchanting amusement park offering many rides, games, and entertainment for visitors of all ages. It has mini replicas of world famous monuments from London, Barcelona, etc. You can also see a very good fountain show here.

*Chimgan Mountains*
This is a hidden gem 120 kms away from Tashkent. It offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the Charvak Lake. To go up on it, you need to take a *Cable Chair Car Ride* which is extremely adventurous. See it in our video!

*Charvak Lake*
This lake is so beautiful. It is 20 minutes' ride away from the Cable Car Ride point. You can even do paragliding here.

*Tashkent City Park*
This is the biggest park in Tashkent and it has one of the best fountain shows in the world. There are many restaurants and cafes here. A must visit for any tourist!

*Walk along the River*
Tashkent city has very planned pedestrian paths along the river. Wake up early in the morning and go for a walk along it. You will feel very rejuvenated. The sound of crystal-clear water is so relaxing.

*Independence Square* (Mustakillik)
This is near the Amir Temur Square and is connected via the Broadway Alley (Sayilgoh alley) which is the most lively place of Tashkent. Here you can see the Arch of Independence, the Grieving Mother Statue, and the Square of Memory.
