Join us as we travel and spend one week in Anchorage, Alaska. In this video, we countdown our top 10 things to do in Anchorage, which includes day trip ideas. Anchorage is the northernmost city in the U.S. with a population of over 100,000. Alaska can receive up to 22 hours of daylight during the summer. We visited Anchorage in mid August.
This was our first time visiting the Last Frontier and was full of adventure. We explored places in town, as well as a few hour drives. The highlights include hiking in Denali State Park, a glacier boat tour from Seward, Alaska into Kenai Fjords National Park, salmon fishing on the Kenai River, and riding jet skis to stunning glaciers of Blackstone Bay in the Whittier, Alaska wilderness.

Located In Sanpete County, Utah is the Town of Fairview. Founded in 1859, The settlement was originally called North Bend. In 1864 the town obtained a post office and changed its original name of North Bend to the more descriptive name Fairview, because it commands an excellent view of the great granary extending south even beyond Manti, thirty miles distant.
