Trying an extraordinary airline to visit the center of Korea | Aero K
Have you heard of Aero K? It is a new airline in Korea that started its operation in 2021. It connects Cheongju, a city in the center of Korea, and various East Asian cities such as Tokyo, Taipei, and Da Nang. The airline is said to be different than any other airline in Korea because of its casual mood and gender equality for its crews. Today, I flew the airline from Jeju to Cheongju. It was a short trip of 40 minutes, but I could spot rare airplanes even on board! Cheongju Airport is a military air base that prohibits filming of its military facilities. 성판악, 관음사 코스는 너무 길고 (왕복 약 9시간 소요)
겨울 주말은 탐방 예약이 어렵기 때문에 완전 초보라면 윗세오름 코스를 더 추천한다.
탐방 예약이 따로 필요 없으며, 왕복 약 5시간 정도의 코스이다. 30분만 올라도 전망이 확 트인다.
1990년 대에는 이 코스를 지나 백록담을 오를 수 있었으나, 지반이 약해 통제되었고
현재는 백록담을 바라보며 남벽분기점까지 오를 수 있다.
총 3개의 코스가 있다.
1. 영실 (편도 5.8km/ 2시간 30분) (윗세까지 3.7km 약 1시간 30분)
2. 어리목 (편도 6.8km / 3시간) (윗세까지 4.7km 약 2시간)
3. 돈내코 (편도 7km 남벽분기점까지 3시간 30분)

How about traveling on the best Baekdudaegan Gorge Train (V-train) in Korea, like a Swiss train?
In this video, I rode the V train running through the Baekdudaegan Gorge in Korea.
I took the train from Cheoram Station to Yeongju Station and the fare is 8,200 won ($6.28).
V Train makes round trips between Cheoram and Buncheon Stations twice a day from Wednesday to Sunday, and from Cheoram Station to Yeongju Station once a day. The V train I took this time from Cheoram Station to Yeongju Station takes 2 hours and 8 minutes.
In Buncheon Station between Cheoram Station and Yeongju Station, there is Santa Village, so there are many things to see.

The Donghae Santa Train runs round-trip from Gangneung Station through Cheoram Station to Buncheon Station once a day from Wednesday to Sunday. It takes 3 hours from Gangneung Station to Buncheon Station.

Naganeupseong is a Walled Town from the Joseon Dynasty in Suncheon County, Jeollanam-do.
It is a fortress built with soil in the early Joseon Dynasty to prevent damage caused by frequent Japanese invasions from the late Goryeo Dynasty.
Over the next few years, castles were built again with stones to expand the scale.
The entire shape of the town castle is a square and the length is 1,410m long.
The village in Seongan retains its traditional appearance, so you can experience the culture of the Joseon Dynasty.
Every year, a folk culture festival is held in May and a food festival is held in October.
