This canyon is a National Park that stretches for 14 kilometers or 9 miles along the Köprü River, which makes for beautiful vistas. And with its rapids, this canyon is famous for white-water rafting.

Olympos National Park is a destination you have to visit when in Turkey. Its rugged landscape makes for mesmerizing canyons and tons of outdoor activities, such as the beautiful Göynük Canyon and the entrancing Chimaera ‘Eternal Flame’.

Antalya is the 5th most populated city in all of Turkey. It has beautiful weather all-year-round and offers tons of exciting things to do. Antalya is one of the most interesting cities in Turkey! In this video, we highlight the 10 best things to do in Antalya. We hope that this information will help you plan your own trip to Antalya.
The 10 best things to do in Antalya, Turkey include:
10. The Upper Düden Falls. These waterfalls are an oasis of peace and nature located in the bustling city of Antalya.
9. The Tünek Tepe hike. The trail is located right on the outskirts of the city and is about 7km out-and-back. The top of the trail offers a birds-eye view of Antalya as well as the beautiful blue waters and mountains around.

8. The Lower Düden Falls. These waterfalls are in a different location than the Upper Düden Falls, but both are part of the same underground river. The water drops about 40m into the sea, creating an impressive sight.
7. The 7th best thing to do in Antalya is to watch the sunset. With its year-round good weather, Antalya is the perfect place to see the sun go down. Our favorite spots are the Old Town Harbour and Atatürk Park.
6. The ancient city of Aspendos, which is one of the best-preserved Roman theatre in the Mediterranean. There is an impressive old theatre, which is still in use today. You’ll also find ancient ruins of the city, such as an arena, basilica, aqueducts, temples and streets.
5. The Kursunlu waterfall ranks number 5 in Antalya because of its unique color and lush nature around it. It is located about 22km to the north of Antalya, but it feels much further from the city. The area consists of waterfalls connecting 7 ponds and a backdrop of lush pine trees.
4. The fourth best thing to do in Antalya is to visit the ancient city of Perge. Here, you can see the remains of the city, such as the column lined streets, the necropolis, Roman baths, and Greek and Roman gates.
3. Konyaalti Beach. It's one of the two main beaches of Antalya and located on the western side of the city. The beach itself is made of pebbles instead of sand, with a beach park and numerous bars, cafes, and hotels right beside it. Konyaalti Beach is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day.
2. The Old Town (Kaleici). This is Antalya’s most picturesque place. You’ll find narrow cobblestone streets, traditional houses, and a charming harbour. But besides that, it’s also the historic heart of Antalya. The best way to learn about the history of the Old Town and other things to do is to join a free walking tour.

LAKE EĞIRDIR, TURKEY | Things To Do In Turkey's Hidden Gem Eğirdir!
Lake Eğirdir is a hidden gem in Turkey. It’s a place where natural beauty meets history. It’s a place where you’ll experience the unique Turkish culture and connect with fellow travelers. This quaint town has been able to maintain its charm and laid-back vibe thanks to a lack of resorts. We stayed 5 days in Lake Eğirdir and explored everything this area had to offer.
In this video, we break down the best things to do in Lake Eğirdir!
6. Visit Yazili Canyon & Lake Kovada National Park
Both are in the same direction from Eğirdir and can easily be combined in one visit as a day trip. Kovada National Park is great for hiking and enjoying the abundant flora & fauna. There are beautiful hiking trails and viewpoints all around the lake so you can easily spend a few hours in the park. Yazili Canyon is 30km further south of Lake Kovada. The canyon is a tranquil spot, perfect for climbing, hiking, swimming and simply enjoying the untouched nature.
5. Salda Lake
Salda Lake is a two-hour drive from Lake Egirdir, but a must-visit when in the area. Also called “the Maldives of Turkey”, this crater lake has white sand beaches and clear, turquoise blue waters. But one of the most interesting things about Lake Salda it it’s unique geology. It’s one of the only places in the world where ancient stromatolite algae still grow.
4. Meet fellow backpackers at Fulya Pension
Fulya Pension is located in the heart of Eğirdir and a great place to connect with fellow backpackers, long-distance hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Its rooftop terrace offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. We ranked this place to stay in our top things to do in Eğirdir because our experience wouldn’t have been the same without it.
3. Walk Eğirdir and its islands
The third best thing to do is to walk the islands of Eğirdir. Home to two connected islands, Can Ada and Yeşil Ada, Eğirdir boasts some amazing lake views. You’ll find many cafés and restaurants scattered around the old town, but there are also some beautiful beaches to relax and outdoor activities to enjoy.
2. Visit the Sagalassos Ruins
The Sagalassos Ruins are about a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Lake Eğirdir and one of our favorite ruins in Turkey. This ancient city dates back to 1200 BC and was once a vibrant community. Its ruins are widespread and set between jagged peaks, which makes for an impressive setting.
1. Hiking Mt. Sivri behind town
Our favorite thing to do in Lake Eğirdir is to hike the mountain that towers above the town. Mount Sivri sits at 1749m and makes for a good day walk. You can decide to start at either Eğirdir or the mountain village of Akpinar, which is located at the base of the mountain. We started the hike from Akpinar, which was about 7.5 km and took 3.5 hours.

OLYMPOS NATIONAL PARK, TURKEY | 6 Best Things to Do in Olympos National Park
Olympos National Park lies to the west of Antalya and to the southeast of Kumluca. It stretches for about 90 km (56 mi) and is defined by the Taurus Mountains. This rugged landscape makes for mesmerizing canyons and tons of outdoor activities. But on top of that you can also find a handful of interesting ancient cities, beautiful beaches and a rich biodiversity here. In this video we will highlight 6 of the best things to do in the Olympos National Park:
6. Phaselis Ruins
The sixth best thing to do in Olympos National Park is to visit the Phaselis Ruins. This ancient city can be found along the coast, about 15 minutes from the resort town of Kemer. It was once an important Mediterranean trading city thanks to its strategic geographical location.
5. Çıralı
Çıralı is one of the most laid-back and natural beaches in Olympos National Park. It’s a place where you can enjoy the clear Mediterranean waters without huge crowds thanks to its lack of major resorts and hotels. And besides relaxing on the beach, Çıralı is also known for its loggerhead turtles who lay their eggs each year on the beach.
4. Stay in a treehouse
The fourth best thing to do in Olympos National Park is to stay in a treehouse. The town of Olympos, which is located right near Çıralı, is filled with these hippie-style accommodations. Kadir’s tree house is the original one and was established in the 2000s.
3. Göynük Canyon
At number three we have the mesmerizing Göynük Canyon, which is located near Kemer. From magnificent waterfalls to pine forests and deep-green pools, Göynük Canyon makes for a great outdoor destination. Explore this beautiful natural wonder while hiking, canyoning or camping.
2. Mt. Chimaera “Eternal Flame”
At number two we have Mount Chimaera and its “eternal flames”. These fascinating natural flames can be found on the rocky mountainside above Çıralı village and near Olympos. The flames have been burning for centuries thanks to a sort of methane gas that has been venting from the earth on this mountain.

The best thing to do in Olympos National Park in our opinion is to visit the Olympos Ruins. These are located right on the beach of Olympos, which is a modern village named after the ancient city. Olympos was once one of the most important cities of the ancient Lycian Civilization and a very important trading place.

7 Cities in 7 Days - Day 1 | Eğirdir, Turkey ????????
In this video, we begin a challenge called 7 cities in 7 days. I will be going to a new Turkish city every day and uploading a new video every day. We start in the city of Eğirdir, Turkey ???????? and we actually ended up here on accident and it turned out to be an exciting adventure. We saw lake Eğirdir, one of the most beautiful lakes in Turkey then we hiked all the way to the top of Eğirdir mountain to see the city from above and made our way back down the mountain in the dark.
7 Cities in 7 Days is an exciting challenge and I can't wait to say what day 2 has in store for us. Stay tuned for part 2 where we head to Konya, Turkey.

PAMUKKALE, TURKEY | Everything you need to know about Pamukkale
Pamukkale is more than just those beautiful cotton castles that you see on social media. In this video we will show you everything you need to know before you visit Pamukkale. We spent 2 days in this area and explored Pamukkale as well as another hidden gem no one knows about (we reveal it at the end of our video!!)
Our video is divided into four sections:
1. A general overview of Pamukkale
2. The thermal pools of Pamukkale.
These are the thermal pools nestled within thick layers of white limestone that everyone is talking about. The mineral-rich pools have a range of temperatures. Some feel like a regular hot tub while others have a lukewarm or even cold feel to them. Make sure to take your shoes off when visiting the pools so as not to damage the limestone.
3. The Ancient City (Hierapolis):
Many people don’t know that there is actually an entire city behind the Thermal Pools of Pamukkale. This city is called Hieropolis, or Holy City, and stretches for about 2.7 kms or 1.7 miles. The Holy City was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1988 and has since enjoyed more protection to keep its beauty and history intact.
4. The BONUS activity.
This sight is a hidden gem of the area and about a 40-minute drive from the town of Pamukkale.

ÖLÜDENIZ, TURKEY | Best Things to do in & around Ölüdeniz, Fethiye
Ölüdeniz is a beach town along the Turquoise Coast in the southwest of Turkey. It’s located about 14 km or 9 miles to the south of Fethiye at the conjunction point of the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea. Ölüdeniz is known for its sandy bay that sits amidst the aquamarine sea and a blue lagoon. It’is also a prime location to explore other amazing tourist attractions from. In this video, we show you the best things to do in Ölüdeniz and its surrounding area.
7. Explore Fethiye
The 7th best thing to do in Ölüdeniz is to explore the city of Fethiye. Fethiye is a bustling city with many great restaurants, cafés, and shops scattered around the old town and the beach boulevard. In addition, the city has some historical features such as the rock-cut Tomb of Amyntas in the cliff face overlooking the city.
6. Butterfly Valley & Kabak
Right outside of Ölüdeniz you can find a handful of other lush, narrow valleys. Some of the most impressive ones include the Butterfly Valley and Kabak. You can get here either by driving or by doing a boat tour.
5. Explore Dalyan
At number 5 we have the nearby riverside town of Dalyan. This laid-back town is located about 70 km or 44 miles to the west of Oludeniz. It’s home to beautiful lakes and a winding river, dramatic Lycian tombs hewn into the rocks, and a unique stretch of beach.
4. Ölüdeniz beach & lagoon
The 4th best thing to do in Ölüdeniz is to visit the beach and the blue lagoon. This is probably the most photographed beach of Turkey's Southern Coast, famous for its varying shades of turquoise and azure, and soft sands.
3. Hiking to a viewpoint in Ölüdeniz
The most beautiful viewpoint of Ölüdeniz is along the long-distance Lycian Way hike. It’s a short hike that starts at the Montana Pine Resort and follows a wide dirt trail for about 2-3 kms. The views are absolutely breathtaking and you can walk as long as you desire.
2. Kayaköy Ghost Town
The second best thing to do is to visit the ghost town of Kayaköy, right outside of Ölüdeniz. Completely abandoned since 1923, Kayaköy is home to hundreds of stone houses slowly falling into decay. Today you can visit this hillside community and see the homes and churches that are still standing. Preserved as a museum village, you do have to pay a small fee to enter.
1. Paragliding
Our favorite thing to do in Ölüdeniz is to go paragliding. Ölüdeniz is known as one of the world's best places to go tandem paragliding because of its breathtaking panoramic views and favorable wind conditions. Babadağ Mountain, where you jump from, is also one of the highest commercial take-off sites in the world, with a height of 1960 meters or 6500 ft.

From Istanbul - Eskisehir - now Isparta. We went to Davraz ski resort. It is advisable to call the resort for weather condition before going. Info here :
The trip to Eğirdir Lake was unforgettable. We wish we could stay longer. If you are planning to drive here, search for Yeşil Ada (not Egirdir Lake in general). The lake is so huge and you might be going the wrong way.
