This well and fully furnished house with garden is located in a small urbanization called Rojales Park. There are a total of 14 homes and are within walking distance of the La Marquesa golf course with 18 holes.
The 14 houses are divided into two rows of houses, all have a private garden with plants, which is closed by a gate. The car may optionally be parked on private property but is ample parking on the street, there is a communal pool where you can take. A wonderfully refreshing swim
Layout of the house with three bedrooms:
Access via stairs to the terrace at the front of the house through the front door opens directly into the living room you separate them, you enter the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, boiler and a back door to the terrace to the rear terrace. Small bedroom with two single beds.
Upstairs: bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and washing machine, 1 bedroom with balcony (double bed) and 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 the stairs Sun terrace with 2 beds. Internet and satellite TV to receive the Dutch TV channels.

Coger autobús línea 3 para ir hacia contiendas y bajar en última parada de autobús. Hay esta cemeterio y tanatorio.
Yo fue primera vez hoy a los 5:15pm de 21 de agosto de 2018 por Luismi de 55 años que ha fallecido ayer a los 12 pm de 20 de agosto de 2018.
La razón era enfermedad de Hematomacrosis y no llego hasta el transplante de hígado.
Velatorio, por la tarde de 21 de agosto de 2018 en cementerio las Contiendas , Avenida Gijón 71, pasando.el cruce con la E-80. Mañana 22 de agosto de 2018 a las 10 misa y entierro en el Cementerio el Carmen a las 12.
